thanks kel aww glad ya makin the most of it ! iv suffered again today and just feel humongous! lol the heats been unbearable here, reached about 28 then its now still 23 at this time ! i might actually burst into flame soon!

thanks positive 37 i had a snooze yesterday too n then couldnt bloody sleep last night til about 2ish! night times are the worst arent they!

really lookin forward to goin away thurs just hope my meatball doesnt decide to get started with things that soon on! ! lol we are half hour from the hospital so not an issue but its still abit early for him to come tomoz i plan on chillin completely out n tryin stay out the sun until i go away! havin a pedicure n a fake tan done n then comin home n doin abit of packin ! whats everyones plans for the week or weekend anythin? xx

Yeh its been so nice im sure your little one won't make an appearance in the next few days cause he wants u and daddy to enjoy yourselves

This week I have to pop out tomoro to get the last few bits for moses basket. Then on Saturday I am out for dinner for a friends birthday. Quite annoyed actually about that. She said we were going out for dinner which I agreed to. But then when she booked the table she told me the time and said we would also be going into town for a drink afterwards. I said I cant do that so ill go home. Then when I thought about it I thought, why should I?
It means now I have to make my way through the town centre at 9-9.30pm on my own to the bus stop to then wait for the half hourly bus home and then sit on the bus for 35 minutes! The worst bit is walking up the town on my own at that time when people are coming out for the saturday night. And ill be struggling. Not too pleased at all xx

I'm really struggling this morning. I kept waking up on my back again, struggling to breathe and in pain. I think I was up 7 times last night its so painful getting up in the night and even turning over!

This morning I feel really sick so its back to my breakfast of nesquick!

I just keep telling myself, only got to make it to Friday, two more days.

I really didn't think I would struggle this much, so glad I brought my leave fwd to 36 weeks!

I cant drive as I havent had a car for quite a while now. My last one had problem after problem and I hated it but never replaced it!
Hopefully they will walk me to the bus stop! I can only presume they will or I will be very unhappy with them.

I quite often wake up on my back. Last night I opted for my back as ome of the cats came onto the bed through the bedroom window and lied right between legs!
I know what u mean about turning over though. And I feel so big and fat turning over in bed im sure I wobble my OH around in the process.

2 days not long you enjoy it.. or try to enjoy it and then make the most when u leave xxx

I felt like i could have done a night feed last night up every 2 hours!! tossing , turning, sore bump, well !

had Physio today and got a hold in brace belt to wear but i said to her that the PGP has reduced since i stopped work but got some good exercises to do especially for my painful back

i have a list the length of my arm of things to buy and do - off to Mothercare today !!

yes by now bubs would have moved down so much they wont be able to see little bits ha ha.

yes my Dad would be very proud. I am also very lucky that Dave is my soulmate his like my dad in so many ways, strong, hard working and wants the best for his family,.. i cant ask for much more

Charlotte: have a great time away tomorrow! It's so nice to have a few days with your OH before everything starts. Hope the weather won't be too awful so you can enjoy spending some time outside.

Kelly: sounds like a nice night out on Saturday. They really should bring you to the buss so hopefully they will be nice. I'm sure you will love having a night out with your friends.

I just came back from my 34 week midwife appointment. She finally measured my bump for the first time. It was spot on 34 so that was all good. Then she checked my wee sample. She asked if I'd eaten before the sample because I had glucose in there. I had a coffee with sugar so that might have been were the glucose came from. But I always eat and have coffee before doing the sample. Tomorrow morning I'll have to bring another sample to the practice so they can test it again. Really hope I won't have gestational diabetes. Getting a bit scared now!

I printed the NHS birth plan and asked her at the end of the appointment when we will be going through the details. She told me that she won't do it and that it's not necessary to have? She said that I could make one for myself but I won't need one for the hospital. Don't know what to think about that as at the NCT antenatal class we discussed the birth plan and the teacher said it's very important to have.

We finally started decorating the nursery today. Getting very excited now

We went through my birth plan for the first time today. My friend just had a baby at the same hospital and she didn't take her plan, she said at the time you forget about it. I think as long you know what you want, and your partner knows what you want so they can make sure it happens for you, that is all that matters.

Don't worry about the gestational diabetes, it is probably nothing. Baby is likely to measure big if you have it and if your measurement today was ok I'm sure it will be fine. They might send you for a test if it still picks it up but that won't necessarily mean you have it. I had a test and I was ok. My friend had it too and they said she was borderline so no need to do anything about it!

Ah ok, maybe its not a worry about the birth plan then. My OH will know what to tell the midwives if im in no fit state. I always hear people saying it doesn't go to plan anyway

I know as long as i'm at the hospital i don't mind too much what happens. I can trust the midwives and we have no tradition like OH doesn't know about cutting the cord yet etc. xx

I'm getting more excited now ladies.
However, when i said to OH that next week he is ready for the world (37 weeks) i sorta stopped in my tracks.

I was like. Oh my goodness! If he did decide to come early (which is probably not going to happen) then, he could actually make an appearance in just a couple of weeks.

I thought if it was anything like my mum with my brother, at bang on 38 weeks then ill be a mummy in two weeks and it scared me! lol

But then when i think.. it could be 6 weeks... i get depressed! Ahhh!

Wish i knew when he would arrive.
Worst part is i dont get to find out his position until 37+5 at midwife app or how he is doing. xx

I know, it is the not knowing that is the worst thing. My lo could come along any day really but then I could be waiting 5 more weeks which seems like a lifetime!
