I don’t know about you but with my pcos, I almost always seem to get some kind of a line!

I do but when I ovulate it’s super super dark so I just use lots until it’s gone dark and starts to go lighter again. If that makes sense! 12dpo feel nothing af due any time from now until Friday!

Just wanted to drop in again and say i personally found Cheapies the best in the journey i had. Using One step wide width (for some reason wide width worked better then thin ones for me in terms of detecting surge???)
Ive never been a massive fan of clearblue opks tho

Also i think you need to become more aware of your body, its signs/checking cm etc. Had i gone by opks in June i dont believe i would have caught as i ovulated the day i got a surge.

you could also try Guafenesin , to loosen up cm etc. i was taking it a LOT cycle i caught in a bid to get rid of it, but i started it im pretty sure day after af onward to friday cd:16 (ovulated cd:18). Guafenesin is only thing actually changed, that and not trying as much (long abstinence period). Oh, I also took double dose of Myo-Inositol (something for pcos but i used for egg quality) and i had been taking coq10 300mg for months and months just so if my eggs were bad i was actively doing something to change that GL!!!

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts/experiences with BBT, I’ve been charting for around 4 months. This is my first month of not having a temp rise after ovulation, I have had a temp dip and it’s never gone up.
I’m getting unusually low temps since ovulation normally highs of around 36.8/36.9 I’m getting 36.3? That’s if I did even ovulated. Got positive opk and EWCM around the time I was supposed to ovulate. Slightly confused of what’s going on?

I would say if your temps haven’t gone up then you haven’t ovulated, can you post your chart? X

BBT really stressed me out the few months i actually did it. I would go to bed worrying if i was going to get a good nights sleep so i could get an accurate reading. I literally found it torture, as soon as i stopped it, so much anxiety left me!
Do you temp the same time every morning? have you been unwell at all this cycle? Maybe the battery is going in the thermometer?
If you got the EWCM and a positive opk i would trust your body signs. BBT would have been the death of me if i carried it on for the reasons you have given. Are you able to post your chart please? x

Thanks, tbh this month after I didn’t get my peak I totally gave up on it! I’ve been away a lot so didn’t take it with me and haven’t been doing it as much. You can see it’s all over the place but I think I ovulated CD 22 which would make sense with other symptoms. Maybe I just didn’t ovulate this month at all. Temp at same time every morning, all been fine been more relaxed this cycle that’s for sure but I think that’s because I’ve been so busy and away! Maybe I’ll just ditch the thermometer!!

You can see it’s all over the place but I think I ovulated CD 22 which would make sense with other symptoms. Maybe I just didn’t ovulate this month at all. From your chart I don’t think you’ve ovulated, your body maybe geared up to it but didn’t quite manage it. The positive opk just means your body is about to try and ovulate, only temping can confirm if it actually managed it. I do agree temping can be stressful, I’ve not done it this cycle because the thought of it was just putting me off, I think I can become obsessed quite easily x

I agree with Rainbow hun.
If i was you, DTD every other day until you are due your AF. That way you are going to be covered regardless or when you ovulated or if you are still to ovulate.
This journey is so frustrating!! x

So i am CD6 today ladies. AF is very light now so hopefully its finishing off. Byeeeeeee AF you wont be missed
I have my HSG test on Thursday morning, really don't know what to expect from it but the lovely nurse that will be doing the test gave me a call and introduced herself which i thought was lovely.
Has anyone had this done and can give me a little insight on what to expect? Does it hurt?
I have had a little read up on google (why do i always do this lol) and some ladies have conceived the cycle they have had this test, how on earth does this help with fertility?
Obviously i am not expecting anything, why would it help me...nothing else has FFS, but its nice to have a little bit of hope.

I have decided that i am going to purchase the Ava Bracelet if i have another unsuccessful cycle. I am literally up for trying anything now, i am at my wits end and tbh i am feeling pretty shitty atm. I feel like i was put on this planet to be a mother so why is it taking so long

As the others have said, I think the theory around it helping fertility is that it may clear minor blockages. Didn't have any effect for me.

I went on my own and went back to work straight after which was an hour's drive. I was advised to take paracetamol and ibuprofen an hour before. I don't know if that helped. I'd describe it like a bit more involved smear. I'm sure you'll be fine

Good luck with HCG apparently its something to do with the oil or somit helps sperm get up there? Not sure. How many months ago did you work on Morphology? If your coming up your third month & have sorted it then cant see why you dont have the best punt at it going forward.

Its about 2 and a bit months i think. OH has hes next SA test on the 13th. Hoping to see some kind of improvement, fingers crossed! x

Negative again! Now 2 days late, no sign of AF at all. Only 2 things I can think of is ovulated later than I thought I did or something is up with my periods when AF arrives we will be going to the doctors this month get an early start as this will be month 10!

Heyya all i know is we started supplements end March end June was my last ovulation and got pregnant. As long as your supplements and improvements have done somit youve probably now got best chance pos.
