Sorry ladies I'm afraid we were all wrong I'm team blue as well! I should have gone with my gut reaction at the 12 weeks scan. Just a little disappointed my little girl isn't getting a sister yet - the pressure will be on for baby 4! I know they'll both love having a baby brother though although I worry my son will be more jealous than his sister was of him! X

Hi Everyone,

Will need to catch up on all the posts, so bear with me.

Just back from the 16 week (which happened at 18 weeks as they didn't have space) midwife appointment! Heard the baby's heart beat for the first time - it's so amazing! It's actually given me the reassurance to relax up to my 20wk scan now. I've been a little worried with all the health problems that are somewhat still unexplained that's been going on. Glad to be feeling happy about something :-D

Got a bit of a bump too now - midwife said it was definitely baby bump when she felt my stomach. Little one was busy diving around the place when she was trying to find the heart beat - so cute!

I managed to get myself a cotbed for £25 ! Bargain. We're team yellow so will be neutral colours for the nursery area for us.

Yes! But god boys names are so difficult haha. There's hardly any I like and I don't want it to be too common! Also we don't seem to agree on many either.

I literally spent my entire lunch break at work with people shouting names at me today haha. Some right random ones on this top 100 list someone found!

I will keep the name to myself though I think when I've picked. Keep something a surprise

Ahh but Athena is a lovely name, you can get away with that type of name for girls. For boys it kinda seems a bit more out there, if you know what I mean.

I was the same! I girls name that I loved. I went through books etc and I can't find any others I like so it has to come from the list or he will have no name xx

Hey been catching up yet again, don't know why I can't seem to keep on top of regular posting haha congrats to all those finding out genders so exciting. And loving the bump pics, I still have no bump, but just holding out for a little yet thinking it's bound to pop soon. That's me 18 weeks today, can't believe I am saying that as the beginning felt such a long time ago, but now to be 18 weeks seem so close to half way. Finally my constant sickness has worn off and it's only occasionally now and I am finally feeling definite movement which I am happy about hope your all keeping well x
