I'm officially wiped out this evening. We've asked my partners sister to come over tomorrow with her son and husband so that she can watch the children while I get down to some DIY and her son and husband help my partner with some heavy lifting (we knocked out a fireplace that is basically solid concrete upstairs). But the only thing is that she has an absolutely spotless house and mine is anything but, every time she comes here and I'm not in I return home to find she has cleaned the whole place - which is nice but really embarassing. So I've desperately been trying to tidy and make sure all the washing is away and stuff before I go to bed so I only have two rooms left to clean and tidy before they get here tomorrow. Feels like it's more effort than it's worth! Although my son is one next weekend so the house needs to be spotless for his party anyway so at least this will have helped! X

Everyone that have been suffering with pelvis pain, I brought a birthing ball and sitting on it, just rocking and moving from side to side gets rid of the pain instantly and losens me up all day - my massage lady says definitely no bouncing yet. X

Had a dream baby had a illness and died at 16 weeks had to use my doppler as soon as I woke up lol!!
Nausea is hitting me again threw up in the car! Ughhh.

Oo I've been looking on ebay for stuff but I haven't found anything yet, i do love a good carboot to! Xx

Well I've spent all day stripping wallpaper and my partner and his nephew finally cleared out my little girls room of the fireplace rubble from knocking it out so we are getting somewhere at last with the DIY! All this hard work is making the days pass fast though which means it's getting closer to gender scan day! X

Had my scan

Baby was sitting with legs crossed over each other and pushed right down into my pelvis so they couldn't tell. I was sent for a walk and rescan but they still couldn't tell conclusively- they guessed at boy.

I have to wait till 20 week scan to be sure x

Oh no tashap that's so frustrating and I think fairly poor service if this was a private scan? The place I use will do a re-scan later the same week if they can't tell on the day you book. I don't think you should be paying and not getting more than a guess x

Was wondering if someone could tell me maximum age for Moses basket use?

I had my dear nans funeral on Friday..
I traveled over 200miles to be there but as I was on the way I felt so sick had to pull over and then I couldn't hold back the tears...
I realised that I wasn't going to be able to go..
too upsetting and stressful I even felt I may not be able to go to the after do/get together but met my dad in car park and he said my mum and grandad coping surprisingly well so I managed to attend..

I made the right decision as I would of made everyone very upset seeing me like that- I'm glad it's all over..

So looking forward to our new little life!!

A beautiful Moses basket

Not a lot I need now I've bought a small few 3-6 and 12-18 clothes
Bought a beautiful Spanish made snowsuit 12-18months for his 2nd winter time couldn't leave it was too beautiful hehe!!

I've even started looking a christening outfits !!!!
I think due to the sad occasion of my Nan passing I'd like to arrange a happier get together now!!
Bit early but no harm in getting a little outfit ready

Anyone thinking of having christening?
Or had them with previous children/babies?

Hey everyone how are you all? Well I found out why I'm almost 18weeks and no 20weeks scan letter arrived. My midwife never booked it ��. So jelous of everyone finding out what they are having I'm not having my 3D scan for a while yet. getting mine at 28week as it's a present and I'm not paying. I'm getting so impatient lol x

No It was rubbish, it was just stopping raining so I guess lots of people didn't bother. We basically got straight back in the car and went for breakfast ha.

I've got another horrendous migraine today and have just been violently sick because of it. It's so awful because I'm just not capable of looking after my two little ones when I get one and yet I have to, I was curled up in a ball covering my head earlier whilst still trying to entertain them!
Only 1 more day until gender scan day though x
