Hey dysco yes we have the sea horse and the ewan the sheep.
She sleeps with those and a comfort blanket and I hope when she will be old enough to grab them by herself they will sooth her back to sleep in the middle of the nigh... A mum can only hopes...

I almost had danger pokes last night I stopped my oh the last second as he forgot that we need a condom now lol...Holy bananas the idea of one more baby right now made me shiver lol..

Amelie is growing so fast that's scary! She is almost out in length from the 6 month old clothes
She is also going through a phase (or at least I hope it's a phase lol) that needs constant interaction and that's bloody hard as I don't get to go to the bathroom without her start crying or do sth around the house.
Putting her in a carrier is not an option either as my back started hurting awfully lot after I carry her like that for 10 min.
I just wish that awful freezing -12 degrees and snow will go away soon so we can go out and about to maybe distract her a little.
It's really hard to find things to do with them at this age???????

Anyway this weekend is some of the Christmas shopping... We are invited somewhere at the Christmas Eve and I am already dreading it as usually Amelie is quite unsettled at evenings and until she dropped off and going in a House full of people that want cuddles with her certainly will not be of any help me thinks...

I know what you mean about what to do with them at this age... It's hard! I sometimes worry I am not stimulating him enough... Or he's getting bored.
Today we cleaned out his cupboard of old bottles and teats while he sat in his snug seat haha... He didn't look impressed xxx

I ordered Ewan the sheep yesterday Hope - so excited for it to arrive!

We have another thing that plays womb sounds etc but Ewan is meant to be the best

Amelie is sleeping since 8 and I just got in bed! At bloody 1 o'clock as my oh wanted "cuddles" I will be do sleepy tomorrow

How are you going with sleep tonight my lovely lady? Was any better with the crying yesterday, except the mall visit? Bet it's just a spurt and she'll be right soon x

He Dosent do so good with her sleep after 4 in the morning. She wakes up for a feed and then she keeps sleeping and waking like she can't get in a deep sleep anymore.
Just brought her downstairs and she is how asleep in the Moses basket with the vibrations on, lets hope she will stay asleep this time...
Mummy obviously is wide awake after all that...
We will see with the crying, she was all smiles last night before the late feed so maybe we are done with the inconsolable crying...
Though ironically today he has her first vaccinations so we are screwed yet again probably...
Dreading It... I doubt I will be able to hold my tears when she will scream

Aw Hun i'm dreading first vaccinations, hopefully she won't have any ill effects from them. :Hug: i guess you are going on your own is DH at work? It is ironic that she might be just settling down again and this will upset her.
Speaking of work, any more progress there? Or chance of a job elsewhere? Have you had time to think about it? X

He is coming to drive us there us my car still dose r have winter tiers we have to wait for the snow to melt and then change them...
We never ever get snow here...so we all thought lol...
I am doing some progress on the work thing. I will know more in a couple of weeks. I hope I can go back in August but we are still negotiating though staying there is not my goal...

August is a really good time frame if you can get that! Bummer on the snow tyres, I did wonder what you normally get snow fall wise as you are coastal! Glad DH will at least be about today xx

On dont know who cried more me or Amelie... Poor baby and she even had to have 2 more next week.

Amelie is above the charts again for the height, 90 centile for the weight and weight to height centile at the 50 I am sure she looks like a proper chunk and not just a 50 centile baby??? But who cares anyway she said that she grows beautifully and she was very pleased with her development and quite surprised that she can stand already if you hold her hands and almost dropped her coffee when she saw her sitting almost unaided. She even went to te next door to get the other health visitors to look at her sitting and standing

I cant believe how tall she is already in 6-9 m pants

All in one please stab me with a knife next time instead of seeing my baby in pain is the message of the day...
