I'm off to docs today for a swab to check no infection but don't think I'll get a scan as not full on bleeding!! You'd think each doc surgery would have a scanner so they could do them (I think the us do) x

Same ive got a bloaty bump but i cant suck mine in as much as i should be able too. Im convinced people will start to guess whjxh is ridiculous!!lol xxx

I think my little pot is more obvious in my work clothes but that's probably just coz I want to see it, if that makes sense.

You're lucky to be given these early scans. I had a bleed at 6 weeks last time and rang docs, she just said it's really early so just see what happens. I understand that to them it's a common thing and they can't fix it but it's a really shitty time for the woman who is going through it.x

Boosh my bump started to show a little about 14 weeks but for now any bump I have is very much bloat lol x

Crawkay, that's awful. They should always understand that it's an anxious time for women and adjust their attitude! I rang the EPAU last week because I was getting nowhere with my GP and after telling them I was having cramping, I was told in a casual voice 'well, it could go either way'. Unbelievable.

I have a little bloat-bump too. xx

My whole experience was a bit of a clart on last time. Docs were nice but not massively interested. Midwife at booking in appointment put the bright red blood at 6 weeks down to implantation. Told the woman who rang to give me my dating scan that I'd had another episode of sort of brown spotting and she told me to go to the epu and I didn't need an appointment. Turned up at epu and the woman there was pretty rude with me and told me I did need an appointment then went on a massive rant about other parts of the hospital giving me the wrong info! Then when I eventually got my early scan at 10 weeks, 4 weeks after first bleed, it turned out baby had stopped growing at 8 weeks. Not a happy time!

Think that may be why I still haven't told docs/midwife yet this time round.

Aaaanyway, sorry for the vent!

I've had swab taken at docs and referral to epau. They have just called and first appt was Tuesday which I can't do as my little girls birthday so now going weds! Seems such a long time so now it's a waiting game. Still spotting pink but it's every time I wipe so no clue!!

I must be pure joy to live with right now.
Seeing doc next week to get booked in to see MW.
Have only done one hpt. It was the doc who told me and that test was so strong the test line was darker than the control. Did another that night to show oh, but haven't done any more. Might use up the ones I have, just for fun

My MW appt is on 2nd dec and hoping to get a scan before xmas. You booking an early scan or did you decide against it?
is it likely that MW will listen to heartbeat at 8wk appt???? I just want to know its in there and safe if you know what i mean.

managed to keep my breakfast down today! Whooooop!!!! had to tell work though as i ran out of a meeting with my MD yesterday to vom so figured id have to explain myself!lol
