Its bad news. My cm is tinged and pinky, so its over.

B6 and B12 really worked. I sometimes spot before af. Did not spot this cycle.

Im gutted its over for me. TTC for 9 months.

I was hoping its my month and I don't need to have an operation, I don't need to go to private fertility clinic and pay extra £ and my oh does not need to do his sperm test.

Yep its all shit and I am having an operation, I am going to pay for private clinic and oh will do this Sperm test.

Im gutted

Thank you for kind words. After TTC for 9 months I don't know where to get strength to continue. 9 months is a long time.

It is a long time but will be worth it in the end. I worked out last night that I haven't been on any contraceptive for 10 months altho not tracking etc apart from the last 3 months. I have my fingers crossed for the doctors but when I came off he was adamant that they wouldn't do anything until I had been trying for at least a year.

I am going to stay as hopeful and as positive as I can. I will be with you ever step, please don't hesitate to message me etc xx

What are you going to say to the doc? Id suggest to say you've been ttc for 12 months despite depo still being in your system.

When I was in my 3rd cycle I was worried cause we tried for 3 months, now its 3x3 times and now I realise how tough this journey is.

I don't think I would be able to lie as they have my records in front of them but at least they will have on record that I went etc so if they want me to wait at least they know for next time that I am desperate - if that makes sense.

It is a tough and long journey but plenty of ladies on here by your side to support and hopefully keep you positive and continuing your journey xx

Im very low this evening. Im not giving up thats for sure, just gathering my strength to continue.

I hope your gp will nice and understanding. Would be nice if your gp suggested some sort of option how to flush depo out faster.

I wish I had a bath. Its only a shower, its a very strong one, feels like 10 buckets are pouring water.

Im having relaxing massage on Saturday, so look forward to that.

I think Im trying tooooo hard to get pregnant. We dtd every day CD 12-20 for last 3 months. I think Im trying way to hard. So much effort put in, thats why its has not happened yet, cause I so desperately want it.

Oh yes, I bet that will be lovely. I need to arrange a spa day with my friend.

Dtd when you get near positive then dtd for 3 days once you get your positive the rest of the time relax dtd when you feel you want it, just do oral o just just cuddle together. Try relax a little more and enjoy each other's company.

Try not to stress yourself out with temping either. Maybe have a more relaxed month? Xx

This month I will use opks and basic supplements. Nothing else.

I like your approach: dtd just before it gets positive, then 3 days once its positive and then relax. I can do that.

I think my mistake is Im trying too hard. My OH is so relaxed he laughs about this. Im in tears.

Since Ive used all my strength then I will take a bit more relaxed approach this month.

I am just going to try be more active around and after positive OPK, both going to take boots own brand conception vits and my soy. Nothing else xx
