May be you could research a bit how to flush out depo faster?
This morning I was just thinking if its TTC 6 months+ and nothing defo means there is a problem somewhere. Unfortunately NHS makes us wait too long!

Now I'm starting to think I should of done this op in July straight after holiday but while I was at docs I could not figure out the dates. Or shall I patiently wait till August? x

I would personally go as soon as I was able. I wouldn't want to lose a slot on the nhs as its so unpredictable.

I have been pretty looking to get my periods back and regular. I read so many times how people have struggled after the depo. Tbh I am glad to be out of the 2ww that was awful. I am not under any circumstances testing early again. It will be the day before and no sooner. That really got me down.

Going to get some sleep now I am pooped. Hope you have a lovely Sunday. My last shift tonight thankfully xx

I hope you are OK. Testing early is very upsetting. I'd suggest do a proper research about depo. There are books as well. You will be able find something. Like water it helps to clean the system.
I've decided to stick with August because July is very busy. I'm going on holiday to Europe. Basically it could be too stressful. August is better.

I'll be ok. Concentrate on this cycle now. Going to do my soy but doing 2-6 at 200, boots on conception vits for both of us and try to BD the 3 days of positive OPK

I see you have decided to do CD2-6 soy. Its good to try something new. I always try new things every cycle.

We are going to Latvia in July, its a beautiful beach there. I was kayaking today, was very sunny and warm.

Slept better than i have done all week which was lovely. my last night shift

Yeh thought i would mix it up abit, was going to do 1-5 but soy makes me really tired and cant fall asleep on my night shift.

Oo that will be a lovely break i woke and it was raining but glad you got some sun.

No not going to temp i was considering it but i think it will stress me out too much xx

I am going to look tonight, i have already cut my coffee intake so i can drink more water.

Yes going to start tomz night.

I cut coffee a few months ago. I used to drink 6 cups a day. Now I only have 3. I replaced coffee with water, so much more energy.

No Im still waiting. I think Im due today/ tomorrow. I will wait a bit longer before I test.

Ha ha its to test if you like testing. I prefer to sit and wait.

You can start OPKs as early as CD 7. Do one a day and see how line is changing.

Hope conversation with your oh goes well. Men usually prefer not to talk about it.
My oh takes vitamins but but sometimes he just says something like oh why do I need to take so many tablets? I also told he we need to DTD more often during fertile days and he totally agreed. I think if you do every day you will be covered.

Good morning Charlotte.
AF is a bitch this month so heavy and painful. Glad when it's finished.
I don't know how he is going to feel about taking them as he hate tabs would rather suffer with pain. Altho they aren't bad for him so we will see. It's only going to be one tablet on a morning.
I am also going to say we need to did more around and after my positive OPK.
He likes talking about having a baby like names nursery etc but not really chatted about the ins and outs altho he mentioned that I get to start my OPK again soon and he seemed happy about that so fingers crossed.
Going to chat tonight over dinner as he is happier when eating lmao! Too tired to talk now after my night shift - thankfully a week off now
Your OH is very good bless him hope mine is as willing.

Sorry you are in pain. Its awful.
It's a good idea to talk to your oh during or even better after dinner when he has eaten. I hope he agrees to take vits and more dtd. It will make you feel a lot better.
So are you off the whole week?

We mentioned more dtd about 5 mins ago. He has agreed but I got the it will happen when it happens. Not a good think to say to a tired pms woman! Hopefully he books his ideas up later. He can be so hot and cold about ttc.

Yep the whole week and I am going to savour ever min. We do 7 nights on and 7 off.

Will you test tomz if no AF? Xx

I know some men can be hot and cold about TTC. You never know when is a good moment to talk about it. I tend to talk for 10 min. I say everything I want to say and then I don't talk about it for a few days. What we want is a signed paper that says I will take my vitamins and I will DTD anytime you want. Ha ha.
I will see how it goes tomorrow and think if I should test.
