Hi hunnies how is it all going ,lost another 1lb last week which is 9lb in total now . Gonna start going on my cross trainer now to speed things up a bit,just thought i would share this lovely pud with you
Im now , wait for it ....................11st 8. i cant freaking believe it!! Im just so happy its the lowest weight ive been since having Hope and this is the first time ive felt like a sort of normal person Im just so chuffed this mornign ive been so good all week, sorry i had to tell everyone im just so happy

my goal is to get back to my pre pregnancy weight so i will need to lose about 1 and a half stone but i need to lose about 6 stone in total which would make me 10 and a half stone (now you know how much i weigh ).
I started WW plan yesterday, i'm on 20 points a day, and i'd be happy to lose a 1.5 - 2 stone which would take me to 9 - 9.5.
I put on about 4 stone when i was pregnant with Soph, managed to lose 2.5, then put half back on, to be honest my weight is really getting me down so i've been comfort eating but i'm in the right frame of mind now and am 100% determined to get back to the old, outgoing, bubbly Vicki!
sarah if u need to know a points value of some thingpm me the calaorie content and sat fat i can tell u or look in my book if its a simple thing
