Welcome everyone. Well here it is, write down your Goals, acheivements, recipes, any points guides, and progress on here. Im starting my ww plan tomorrow too, im going to be on 19 points, hopefully i will lose weight properly. Any support is very appreciated and any one can join. out of interest, did anyone carry on doing ww until 12 weeks of pregnancy? On the website it says you can do that, but I wouldn't be sure about dieting in pregnancy :shock:

By the way I did ww and lost a stone, it is a brill diet :)
 
We already have organised themed chats on Wednesdays remember ;)
 
Well i was gonna say if we started ours an hour before the one you organise then we can all stay in for that chat too, but if not ill delete the poll
