WW and losing weight support Thread

I love this topping for salmon (0.5 points)

Tbsp honey
Tbsp wholegrain mustard
Juice of one lemon
Tbsp Soy sauce.

Paint over (does a couple of fillets) and grill. Serve with veg and a couple of new potatoes for a low point dinner. Not sure if you can have it on Core plan???

My top snack.....

Jelly Belly Beans!! The nice, posh gourment ones that are 44 different flavours. You can have 11 beans for 1 point. I pick all different ones and it feels like a real treat because of all the different tastes :D

Here's some good foods i eat

apple 0.5 points
snack jacks 1.5 points a bag
WW choc mint sundaes 2.5 points (very yum)
twiglets 1.5 points for small bag
jacket pot 2.5 points
curly wurly 2.5 points
fruit pastilles 2 points

I luv my snacks :oops: ,if anyone wants to know the points in anything just ask good luck everyone :D xx

So everyone, whos statring today, my start day weight is 12st and im hoping to get to 9 and a half maybe 9 if i can, anyone know how much points are in a piece of toast?

not doing ww but im doing healthy eating and exercise so will post weekly what ive lost - and no I wont be posting my starting weightlol
 
I started slimming world 3 weeks ago and I have lost 4 and a half pounds so far!

I started at 12 stone 6 and I would like to be 9 stone what I was before I got married. I went up to 14 stone when prenant and have felt horrible ever since. Id like to feel good about myself again!!

Quorn and Pineapple Stirfry (6.5 points)

175g Quorn pieces 2.5
Low fat cooking spray 0
diced onions, peppers, carrots, beansprouts or any other ZERO veg 0
4 slices of pineapple cubed
soy sauce 1
60g (dry weight) noodles or rice. 3

Well i now feel like poo. first of all I saw a photo taken of me on sunday and I didnt even recognise myself I look absolutely huge and then to top it all of ive just been to weigh in and I put on 1 and a half pounds!! I just want to cry!! Am I being stupid?

Sorry couldn't make it last night, was out visiting.

Anyway, I did weigh myself in preparation, and ate a whole packet of party rings on tuesday ready to cut out the junk :oops: , well this morning i weighed 12st 4lb, ideally i want to get down to 11st.......but i'm bf'ing so just turning to healthy diet rather than a diet as such.

Good luck to everyone hoping to lose a few pounds :hug:
