Hi ladies, have you decided if you're going to find out gender?

I was team yellow with my son back in 2009/2010 but unfortunately at the end I was leaking waters and was having weekly scans to monitor the fluid levels. At 38 weeks I got a lovely glimpse of between the legs that confirmed he was a boy, I was gutted to have the surprise ruined so close to the big day (he was born a week later) but I was so relieved everything was ok.

I had a private scan at 18 weeks with my daughter last year and loved the pink shopping and my son helped me pick out special bits for his sister.

I will definitely find out again this time, but will probably wait until my big scan rather than go private x

I'm leaving it as a surprise. I'd love to know but I would regret finding out so we are waiting until the big day, though as soon as I found out I was pregnant I have thought boy, everyone else thinks girl.

I want to know but my OH wants to leave it as a surprise. Seen as how it's our first tho I think we'll wait till he/she is born. Altho we're convinced (family too) that I'm having a boy.xx

I found out with my first 3 and wanted to be team yellow with my 4th but she flashed us at a scan to check her brain!! Lol. I was team yellow with my 5th then found out with my 6th and this time I'm determined to be team yellow again.

I love it both ways but there is something special about baby not having an identity until it's born and it's so exciting not knowing xx the frustration of guessing is what makes it so exciting xx

we are definitely staying team yellow :) even though I have a feeling we will find out the sex before the due date xx

Team yellow both times before, and we now have 1 of each. We will defo stay team yellow again - I adore the surprise at the birth, finding out what we have.

Was team yellow with my son and will be with this one as well.
It was the best moment when my hubby told me we had a son!

Exactly the same as Mrs M :) I have one of each and stayed yellow with both. This time will most definitely be yellow as well. It's my husband's 'job' to tell me the gender once baby is born! It's special to him xXx

I needed to find out with my first as I wanted a boy and then was team yellow with my second until he flashed us at our 20wk scan. Really want to stay team yellow this time as it will be my last chance xx

We found out but stayed team tartan as we put it to everyone else....this time we want to find out but we both think boy our little girl wants pink lol .....5 sleeps till big scan eek xx

We'll stay team yellow again I think. It was so annoying a few weeks after the scan when we didn't know, but ultimately I'm glad it was a surprise. More so that we could do the whole "it's a boy!" Thing when he was born - because there's no way I'd find out and not tell anyone!!! Xx

I'd like to stay team yellow but oh wants to find out....I didn't find out with eldest 3 but did with my youngest and it felt like I'd opened my Xmas presents early x

Im having my first and determined to stay team yellow... though the side profile of baby from 12wk scan looks just like daddy ;) xx

We will be staying team yellow again. Just the emotion in my oh's voice when he told me we had a little boy when he was born was an amazing experience. Oh did start to think we should find out with this one to get prepared with clothes etc until I reminded him that we have tons of gender neutral baby clothes from last time and its simple enough to sort different stuff out afterwards if necessary. Even if this one is a girl I don't want lots of pink anyway, I'm don't think I'll be capable of raising anything but a tomboy.

I love the idea of it but I'm just too impatient!
It's also a relief to say he or she instead of it, them or baby.

Ill be finding out.
I find even waiting for 16wk private gender hard enough lmao! Im so impatient!

I cant wait to find out! :) xx

I was team yellow with DD and it was amazing. I was totally convinced she was a boy, so the surprise was fab. I'm finding out with this one though. But not going to tell anyone! Gonna keep it a secret so everyone can have a surprise.

We were team yellow with our first. Second time round we can see benefits to finding out but I think we're going to try to keep it a surprise again.

Were not finding out either- had a surprise with both our children too and now have one of each! Plus our DS wants a boy and DD wants a girl so one of them is going to spend 5 months being disappointed if we find out lol x

Always said if I got pregnant I would not want to find out and DH was on the same page as me, but now I'm actually pregnant he is changing his mind a bit!!! Still, I will convince him, we are totally team yellow.

And ruth, love your reason for not finding out! Best way to keep both of them looking forward to the new baby
