oooh there are so many places, some of my faves would be...San Diego, Tahiti, whale watching in Alaska, actually probably quite a few places in America i would like to visit. Failing that I would settle for a week in Benidorm right now lol

I cant have pets as i am allergic, plus i live in a flat! Maybe i'll take up a hobby? I did a pottery course a few years ago and really enjoyed it, i signed up for a jewellery one afterwards but found out it was more like a metal work course and gave it up.

We are planning on Florida next year but would love to go back to Vegas for our 2nd Anniversary. I love America and I've only been once! Definitely somewhere I will go to again. I went to Australia when I was 13 and want to go back and visit family but I know Oh will fall in love with the place and not come home!

I've decided I'm fed up of waiting for my test results. After ringing the hospital this morning they are sending me a form to fill in so I can get copies of everything rather than waiting until January! Still not been told my blood test results from November and have had loads more since including my hsg and three ultrasounds. Seems so wrong that I've not had anything back from them, also my husbands tests, he was told his second sperm sample was fine. No comment made on the first and we have seen no detailed results of any of our tests. Anyone else had to wait forever to find out results? I see people on here getting feedback straight away, which seems much better.

I think it is terrible that they haven't given you results sooner. I was told results of HSG straight away, got results from SAs and bloods within a week and have been told results of scans whilst there.
Are you not able to request copies of records online to speed things up? I think its a good idea to get the print outs, its so long to wait until January xx

Every test I've had I've been asked not to ask any questions as the person doing it isn't allowed to answer and that I have to wait for the results. When I had my hsg I overheard them discussing it in the corner and I heard them say something was not normal so want to know what that was. When we saw the consultant (before hsg) and asked about results he wouldn't tell me/show me any of my bloods, same with the sperm samples other than commenting the second was fine. My ultrasounds the only comment he made was to say I had pcos (knew that already!). Seems this is not normal so don't know why I'm being fobbed off all the time

If you ask a question the person doing the test can't not tell you. They HAVE to tell you. My mother in law works for the NHS and has always told me to ask because they have to tell you (providing the question is regarding your test).

When I had my HSG she said I would get my full results at my appointment as they like to look at the images in detail but she told me there and then that the dye went through and that there was nothing that would cause harm in pregnancy. I think I would be going to PALs (when you do this, things tend to get moving along a lot faster) and saying that you should have had results by now. If you had bloods in November last year then you should have been given the results by now, just ridiculous. I am angry for you, its just not fair to you at all xx

Everytime I have had bloods done (through the gyno department) I've never got the results...it's always done at a follow up appointment.

However, I do know that if you write to the Chief Executive at the hospital and complain they HAVE to reply and investigate within 21 days.

Snowbee I have no idea why they are not telling you the results ? I struggled during a nhs consultation as the consultant wouldn't shown us either what he had in his lap!. We ha've now gone private and I've applied to medical records but as Lisey said have a word with PALS the patient advise liaison service they are usually great and do help speed up things for sure x x

Has your gp said anything to you? The hospital should be sending them copies of everything too x

Results for bloods through gynae probably are different, most of my bloods have been done through GP and I just ring and get a print out of each result xx

Snowbee I had my hsg this cycle I'm 8dpo 2day I'm so sorry ur having this trouble with ur results , I asked on the day if she would tell me the results and she said they weren't ment 2 as she dosnt do the detailed report till they have looked at all the X-rays but she did tell me that the dye went thru my tubes ok , I bloody felt it ! Will get full results 17 oct , Iv got a pevic scan booked 2sept , did u say u r going back 2 get results in nov ? I would def push 2 get that brought 4ward , and I would say that u over heard wispering and it has got u worried x
Staces isn't it a shame we just can't sleep thru the 2ww I'm so tired 2day but that's just cus Iv been up early 2day trying not 2 have lay ins in prep 4 the girls going back 2 school !
