Kayuki - it sure is very overwhelming, I was in tears for at least because of it - it was just such a shock and hard to come to terms with. Thankfully my body is being is so good and I can have a variety of foods xx
And you are having snacks in between meals? You should have breakfast, 2 hours later a snack, 2 hours after that lunch, then 2 hours after that another snack etc. I often find when I leave longer gaps my levels spike. xx
I honestly wouldnt worry...5.5 is a low target to aim for tbh..im suprised theyve told you to aim to stick to that low.
Anything can change your blood sugars slightly, any exercise, a hot bath, stress anything. You seem to be doing well already so lpease dont worry. Who are you seeing friday? xx
