spelling dilemma

I am finding boys names really difficult. . Ive always liked the name callan as its most commonly known.. I look at other names I like a couple but always go back to callan and now feel if I didn't name him this I feel I might regret it... whats your thoughts on the name?
I however do not like the spelling and would definitely be spelling it with a k.. so it would be callan kallen or kalyn. . I originally loved kalyn but it was highlighted it was a feminine spelling and would be read as kay-lynn wen it will be pronounced ka-lan.. I now think I prefer kallen. .. opinions would be really helpful good or bad im all ears xx

I think Kallen is nice it's a better spelling than callen in my opinion I wasn't sure if you had spelled it right innitially I was expecting to see Callam. But Kallen is obviously not Callam xx

I agree Kalyn looks feminine. I like both other spellings though only thing is I would pronnounce Kallen and Callan differently? With it being 'an' or 'en'? xxx

I know what your saying its so confusing because ive been obsessing over the name and the spelling for a few weeks now I do feel quite confused over the different spellings having slightly different pronunciations. . Callan would be pronounced "caa lan" kallen would be pronounced "kaa lin" ? Its definitely the kaalynnn sounding im aiming for im just a bit kafumpeled lol xx

I'd pronounce Kallen closest to Kalynn. Callan I'd pronounce completely differently. Though I think Callan looks nicer...I'm no help...

I think Kallen sounds the best! i wouldn't pronounce it as Kalynn for sure! only sound "e" not "ie". so i think it doesn't sound feminine at all. nice name i like it

I'd spell it Callan. I've heard of it before but spelling it with a k makes it look completley different to me xx
