***September 2018 Testing Thread***

Please put me down for the 25th. Not sure how this has happened as I've just had my little one 5 months ago and I haven't had a period

What you aren't sure about? Are you already pregnant? :eh:

I had a light AF last week and my opk was positive yesterday afternoon on day 9. That was the 1st AF since I had my little one.. Normally my cycles are longer and I ovulate on day 16-18. It won't matter if I am anyway. Just surprised

Well.....I got loads to do today as housekeeping :wash::dish: , my house looks like a bomb is exploded in it  so better I start to do something , I will see you later girls  (watch this space, I will be here after five )

Hahahahaha piglet so funny!!! Crack me up!!! Massive official congrats to you my dear YAY

Hate that crumble, always seems so easy for everyone else but you don’t actually know, maybe they struggled and are hiding it. Either way, our time will come!!

! 9dpo now... this is going soooooo slooooowwwwlllyyyyy!!

Today is test day and AF has not appeared. I tested this morning and got a BFN with a Waitrose cheapie. Not sure what these to do nw. Anyone have any thoughts?
aF is usually like clockwork.

Congratulations Piglet!!

I have some brown spotting today so think AF is on the way

Maybe give it a couple of days and wait for your HCG to get stronger. You may not have ovulated when you thought you did hence the reason its showing BFN xx

Congratulations piglet xxxxxxxx

As for the 'it just happened' announcers, I think that is total BS as well. I learned many years ago never to say 'it'll be your turn next' or any of that crap because seriously the only person who knows the journey they are on is the person on it. I've more friends who now have babies that miscarried before finally sticking as well as friends who have had multiples misvarriages, multiple rounds of ivf - both with success and none. And I have friends who conceived first time and one who spent 8 weeks googling menopause symptoms (this lady is not stupid) and now has a one year old daughter. You simply never know. And friends who couldn't succeed with ivf now have two beautiful adopted boys who officially became theirs this week after a year.

That said, we do go to births at work where the mum had no idea she was pregnant (this is usually to young girls who know but don't tell anyone) and even for those who know, having the baby in the toilet is also quite common as they think they need to go and someone literally catches it.

Hubby just text to say he got a cuddle with a 3 week old at work today. He's totally broody now. He also asked me the other day if I wanted him to go get me a test so he's on board (I thought he would have forgotten). Af due tomorrow or the next day, I almost don't want to test and every time I go to the loo I'm dreading seeing af. I have a frer ready and I think I'm going to drive myselft insane the next couple of days. The jet lag has killed me so I'm sacking off today for uni work and having a sofa day :)

Haha Char I’m FAR too scared to test. I’ll be lucky to actually test on the right day!! Af due next Tuesday... I’ve told myself I’ll test Monday morning Emma <3

Hi could I have the 28th please xxx
I will get you added hun

Okay, I’m finally believing this is actually happening. You can officially :bfp: me Vintageling.
Yay finally add your :bfp:
It’ll come crumble. I think lots of people claim ‘it just happened’ but are secretly temping, knicker watching and cervix fumbling with the best of us - it’s just not really the sort of thing you bring up in conversation with work colleagues

“Oooh, Mabel, my cervix feels high and firm today and my CM is a bit blood stained, can you take these files to floor 9please and fax the post room?”
Oh god you make me laugh. I will be honest at the moment I'm like accident you got pregnant by accident and sit there thinking yea that bull it's not that easy to get pregnant now I'm hitting cycle 5

I have been and always will be an early tester, usually at 10DPO! I would be a bad influence and say test tomorrow Helen! Haha x

:dust: for you dear

Thanks Crumble and wishing you lots too. This is our first time doing IUI so I know the chances are not great but we can live in hope. I hope you are ok. I have had two chemicals and a miscarriage at 5 1/2 weeks and really hoping to get our first little bubba soon. TWW is always horrendous! Keep the faith though I really believe if its meant it willhappen for us at some point x

I'm certain I'm in 2ww now, negative OPK last night and pains gone today that I had last 3 days. Think I'm either 1 or 2DPO, blazing positives on CD16 and CD17, CD19 today. X
