Last night af came a day early and always does so when I am thinking that this time round we have made it
This may be a silly question but how many time would you bd per day during your fertile window. did anyone manage with twice/thrice a day as I am beginning to think that maybe we are not trying much as others are. perhaps I am lazy.

Once a day is fine for sure. Even every other day is fine around ovulation.

They do say that sometimes its best not to do it so much in one day, so the mans sperm can replenish.

So i think you are fine.

I sure as hell could only be bothered with the once

I would say you shouldn't do it more than once a day because of low/poor sperm from doing it too often x
