***September 2018 Testing Thread***

Morning ladies, so I’ve been doing my OPK’s the last few days, I’ve attached a picture of the progress, this mornings one is getting nice and dark, I know it’s not positive, but it’s definitely darker than yesterday and Monday.

What do you guys think? Me and OH BD’d last night, Monday night, Saturday morning and Thursday night, all within my fertile window according to Flo.

I also had very clear and incredibly stretchy CM yesterday night so decided to BD straight away, pretty much pinned OH Down ��

My only concern is that he’s told me we cannot BD tonight because he’s got a football match so will he absolutely shattered and won’t be home till 10.30pm after a 12 hour day at work, which is fair enough! But I’m worried I’m gonna miss my chance if my OPK is looking nearly positive! Help what should I do x x x

Them lines are looking good. My lines never went any darker and have started to go lighter after CD14. If you have DTD every day in your fertile window I think you might be ok if you kissed tonight. Maybe in the morning before your husband leaves for work?
I am on CD16 today so we are very similar in time.

Ooh yes good point! I’m gonna try and catch him before he goes to work tomorrow morning! I don’t think he can keep up at the moment with all this BDing lol!

Oh yes, only 2 days apart for us in terms of our cycles so we’ll be testing pretty much at the same time! Good luck chick! Xx

Praying I don’t ovulate before OH gets back from his work trip tomorrow night. Normally I’m willing it to happen

Should be fine though, no hint of a line on my opks and I’ve ovulated on cd 15 for the last few cycles (I’m cd 12 today). Cross everything for me!!!

Hopeing to the gods I don't ovulate today I did an opk FMU and got a line same as yesterday which was abit darker still not positive but if it was to be done 2pm then it would be positive but I won't be doing one at 2pm it's funeral day. OH has to go into work tonight yo so we can't BD we didn't BD last night either I was so annoyed he just went to sleep so hoping that tomorrow will be good enough we are leaving soon to get to north Wales we are going to be late was a nightmare getting me OH up this morning he didn't get in the shower till 8am knowing he had to iron his shirt and go get his friend who is looking after the dog urgh he is on a flipping night shift tonight to I was so mad yesterday when he told me.

I been to the doctor, he confirmed the miscarriage as he said that the home test today is accurate and never give you few positives as mistake. He checked my belly and said everything is ok, to let the miscarriage go naturally and take some paracetamol if is still painful. He said we can try again straight away as was an old thing to wait one month as before they didn't have scan to evaluate the time in the next pregnancy after a miscarriage. So, I have just to wait it is finished....and go forward. It is an emotional rollercoaster at the moment, I can't wait it is over.

Crumble, you can always make a positive out of a negative situation and for you its being able to try again straight away instead of waiting a month.
Really hope the bleeding stops soon so you can get back to TTC.

I’m CD12 now and have a faint line on my opk, which is darker than it has been the past few days.

It’s also been 7 weeks since DH’s VR and there’s more and more dead sperm appearing (which is a good sign because his tubes are getting flushed out) but there are some live ones making their way through too. Either way, it’s worth a try this month.

I feel like I have such a long wait til we're even at the fertile window again... fed up of waiting! Ordered some opks for the first time, not sure if it's a good idea as it will make me even more obsessed lol. When do you start taking the tests? First day after AF? Or wait?

Hlouise i started doing mine on CD10.
Its so easy to get obsessed - i started doing one first thing in the morning and at around 2pm.

Oh so you need to do 2 a day? Also... last month we were BDing every day but do you think it's better to be doing it every other day so the swimmers are stronger? I just want to get it right!!
