Im sorry to hear things are not great with your oh im sure you will sort it out men can be right pigs.

well my oh is out tomorrow so just me, the x factor and the PF forum lol.

he didnt really wee on a bonfire - its a saying hun I wish he was drunk though which would explain him being so bizarre. I hope we sort it out too....v.doubtful though. Il be fine though - Il have a baby in a few months and thats the best thing I could EVER wish for - Im sooooo excited! Oh god yeah - xfactor tommorrow! Im not so down now, completely forgot about that!

How is everyone this lovely saturday morning?

I had a good nights sleep last night so im feeling great today although i do have to work today.

Im hoping to get to the bottom of why my doppler has not arrived today

Im really good today, Ive planned to go and buy more spring bulbs to plant in my garden, get something nice for lunch and relax for the rest of the day. I hope you find out why your doppler hasnt arrived!

My niece is being induced today so today could be the day I become a great aunt! Will match the vaicose veins I'm gettin

She's lucky to have lasted this long (about 37 weeks), as they've been talking about delivering the baby since around 24 weeks due to various complications she's had.

Tilly - your OH sounds like he needs a good kick up the bottom

MM - hope everything goes alright for you niece, so glad she has been able to get this far. I am also a great aunty already, there is only 6 years between me and my nephew and him and his girlf have a little baby girl.

Don't know what to do today as we are broke due to our massive plumbing bill, Jamie's birthday and christmas So don't know whether to just go window shopping or not, don't wanna stay in all day and all night, it will drive me bonkers

Well just to keep going on and on about my doppler i thought i would give you an update i think i have sorted it looks like i will be sent another one so should arrive by Tuesday. better late than never. I think its been delivered to the wrong address and somebody else has my doppler or the postal service have lost it .

Good luck for your neice MM sounds like she derseves some good luck.

Well i'm off work too!!! My daughter has been sick since early hours sunday morning so I too have had little sleep. Gonna try and catch up on some today as tomorrow I am travelling up country to pick up my new family car

I am off work too! Last week I found out my dad who I havent seen for 10 years or so died in October so I have been a bit shell shocked and not sleeping. Was going to go see his grave at the weekend and meet my 3 half brothers for the first time but I chickened out.

My niece had her baby today. (She was only induced today, the hospital kept her waiting 2 days cos they were too busy and had too many women in labour at once.)
She was only in labour for 3 hours!! Lucky cow!
She's called her litle boy Tyler and he is fine

Good morning!

Was supposed to be going to work today but James is ill with a cough and temperature so we're both staying at home.
I've given him some calpol and he's fallen asleep on the sofa, he sounds all snotty the poor thing

Was only thinking the other day how good it was that he hadn't had a day off school yet, I was off school every other week at his age with tonsillitus

My little girl is a lot better, she is eating again now, got her up for school this morning and she has blood shot eyes, so another day off for the both of us. Bit annoying as i'm self employed and no work means no money, not everso good when it's nearly christmas. Nevermind.

Maybe it's just the calpol masking his temperature though. He still has a cough and snotty nose.

It's always hard knowing whether or not to send them to school when they seem ill. You don't want them off uneccessarily, but then you don't want them to be suffering at school if they really are too ill for it. And then there's having to upset work as well by not going in.

Strange how they recover when they know schools already started isn't it
