Raspberry Leaf Tea

raspberry leaf tea

What are your thoughts on it? I had never heard of it until last week.
Currently 37 weeks pregnant, drinking 2 cups a day. Is this the right amount?

Keep forgetting about this. I'm going to buy some Wednesday so I'll be 35 weeks when I start and I think I was going to do two cups a day too. xx

From what I read you have to drink quite a lot of it so hopefully you like the taste. You can also buy capsules x

I bought tablets. Cba with the tea. 2 tablets a day is enough for pregnancy apparently. Started at 33w

The tea is stinkin! My Holland and Barrett didn't have any capsules. Persevering with the taste...

Just bought the holland and Barrett stuff today and made my first cup. It's awful!!! They had the capsules but I hate tablets... how much should I be drinking of this crap? Xx

I bought the holland and barratt organic ones, i dont usually like herbal tea, but i actually dont mind the raspberry leaf one!

The woman from holland and Barrett gave me "health and heather" ones? I've had one and it makes me feel a bit sick by the end but going to persevere xx

Shan, I started feeling sick after taking my tablets, for a few days it's gone now though. So stick with it it might calm down

Heath and Heather are the ones I'm drinking. I have to try and stop myself from gagging. I love green teas and stuff but find this stuff rotten.

Ugh it's no better today lol, it's just not for me. I'm persevering though, refuse to buy a different brand.

PB I lifted the capsules originally but I'm pathetic with tablets so though screw it and the woman gave me the tea. It's okay for a bit but ugh xx

I've not heard of raspberry tea before. When is it safe to start drinking It? Is there a particular type/brand of tea I should be getting?

It's raspberry leaf tea as opposed to a raspberry flavoured tea. I have read contradictory things about it as to when to start. I started last week at 37 but think you can take the capsules earlier. I bought heath and Heather from Holland and Barrett

Lol here I was imagining myself drinking this amazing raspberry flavoured, red herbal tea in vast quantities. Ok - so it bears no resemblance to raspberries - may have to rethink this and get some capsules!!
