painting, vs iron fumes and babies?

Ive heard that painting should be avoided whilst 36 weeks pregnant, just incase the fumes still linger, not i dont know what to do.

Some paints have iron fumes which can harm babies when inhaled.
James is in our room with us and still it needs painting, we did start but it never got finshed,

does anyone have info on this topic, if so please share xx
