Hi ladies, hope you are all well! Haven't been on much over the weekend. I'm feeling very down in general, although I have nothing to be down about as everything is great! I've had pains on the right hand side of my torso since Tuesday. They come and go but it is worrying me as I just don't feel 'as pregnant' as I have! I know it will all be fine but I am going to mention it to the midwife on Wednesday. I considered getting a Doppler and trying it but at my scan I was told that I have a backwards tilted uterus, so would imagine I won't find a heartbeat as I never have in the external ultrasounds I've had until now xx

I've got a retroverted uterus as well and have been hearing baby on my Doppler since 11 weeks xx

I'm feeling really sad at the moment. I don't know why and I shouldn't be as its a happy and exciting time. I spent an hour in tears yesterday. Don't know what's wrong with me!

Morning mummies, hope everyone is ok! I'm feeling super sick and not looking forward to a ten hour shift today! My daughter has a bad cold so we've been up a lot and she just wants mummy cuddles, bless her!

I can see me being the size of a house by the end of this pregnancy.

I just eat, constantly.

Ive already had myself a chicken mayo and sweetcorn salad sandwich!

Spose, it seems to be the thing thats kept my sickness away.

I have GP later on to see about my headaches. Probably not alot they can do, but at least to have it noted somewhere.

Hello All

Not been on so much this past week as still unwell. Hello to all the new mummies!

Also loving all the scan pics! fab.

I'm just back from GP and have a chest infection so on antibiotics. The sickness has eased a bit and feel I'm starting to eat a bit more again albeit little and often. The cough is making me vomit still but that will pass. I'm off for a wee nap just now before collecting my kiddies at 3pm.

It was my cough that made me sick.. I had a chest infection, then a throat infection.

Probably when I was most sick.

Well, I've had my booking in appointment with the midwife today. When I calculated edd on a website it came up as 27th oct - midwife has said 2nd Nov so I jumped in here prematurely!!! So off to November thread!!! Good luck to you all xx

Ahhh so scan went really well everythings great! Baby is in the right place very strong fast beating heart, soooo pleased. Ill post a pic later even though its just a wee splodge

So its more than likely the pain ive been having is constipation. Im a little embarrassed but at least the GP sent me and it wasnt me panicking! The midwife was able to see my bowel and was able to say. Mortified lol. Told me to cut back on the bran cause she thinks im eating too much and it might be causing it. Ive been having prunes and everything to get me going and ive been told that maybe medication will help instead since im still not going. So what a relief!

Claire ive fully just remembered, a friend of mines was having headaches years ago really early pregnancy and it turns out it was just dehydration obviously she was drinking loads of water but her midwife said that she needed 3 litres because of increased blood volume not the 2 litres that she was having. Cleared her headaches up straight away. Worth a shot.

Im drinking loads daily going through a bottle of diluting every other day.

I have prior with migraines though Im usually on medication.

If I drink anymore Ill burst haha, thanks though Ill watch my intake.

I hope everyone has had a lovely mothers day It was my sons 2nd birthday today also! We had a lot of fun, we went to Build-A-Bear and had a party at our local soft play area.

Happy birthday Jaiden.

Glad he had a good day, bet your shattered. Perhaps a deferred mothers day for you? Since today was about J get some breakfast in bed tomorrow

I was shattered! Jaiden had me crawling through the tunnels, on the soft play and on the bouncy castle. I slept well last night!

I hope your migraines are getting better, have you been to the doctors yet?

Im going tonight, got an appointment at 6.30pm. Bit hard with working and needing to get Jackson straight after then its dinner bath bed etc, never ending.

Thats good, sounds like a fab day. A good last birthday with just you as a 3. Thats nice.

Oh yay for the doppler. I think I heard mine last night, but it was super crackley and OH was asleep so I just turned it off, Ill put more gel on tonight see if I find it.
