Hello girls! When did your morning sickness start? I only had neausa with my son and scared I'm going to get really sick with this pregnancy! X

I thought mine was 5w but checked my old journal, I had a few episodes then full on by7w for 9m.

This time Ive been sick 3 times, so we will see how it goes.

Lots of bubbles, cramps, stretching and tiredness and lets not forget hormones making me very emotional.

How are you feeling. Can you feel something on one side then it moves? Then I get a feeling like pulling behind my belly button.

Booked an appointment with doctor hopefully will book in with midwife then xx

You can eat fried eggs. You can have the yolk soft but must be cooked and have the red lion stamp on them. If the egg doesnt have the stamp Id burst the yolk or cook it hard.

Scrambled egg is fine, as long as cooked right through.

How is everyone today?
Woke up wrenching a wee bit this morning but other than that ok.

I don't work Friday's and kids off on holiday. Just had a bacon sandwich with brown sauce and lovely decaf coffee! Was delish.

Your welcome. I ate soft eggs all the way through and was fine. This is obvs an old artical before it was actually classed as fine, but it is ok.

I was awful the other day Tues/Wednesday feeling a bad cold, which then I ended up sick at work. Luckily had just a few gaggs since then.

Im hoping Ill make it to 2nd Tri with minimal sickness, but not holding my breath.

I have felt really unmotivated at work recently, despite being uber busy, feeling much better about work now. Hopefully you can feel better soon.

Try some travel sickness bands for work. Those may help

My toddler has diarrhea and I've got morning sickness. Can't be dealing with the amount of poop my child is producing today. It's making me gag and feel so sick my anxiety is flared up so badly today too.

I wish today was over..

I hate the runs, even when not gaggy. Its so messy and just, not nice for you and him.

Lots of toast (if hes even eating) and hopefully he dries up soon so to speak.

And hope you feel better soon.

Me but been to doctors today and have a virus, have cough, chills, joint ache and got to take paracetamol and go back if no better by Monday for antibiotics

Thank you ladies! He's eating a little, he shared some of my cornflakes this morning and he's had a few snacks. I'm going to try him on something else soon. He's not distressed, he's had a temperature today which is controlled with calpol.

And I have GAD- generalised anxiety disorder. I have previous mental health conditions too which are being monitored by my midwife even though I was discharged from mental health services 3 years ago. I still get anxious really easily which some days makes it difficult to leave the house. It's just a bad day for that, probably triggered by hormones and sickness.

I get hot and cold flushes, some days feel like Ive been microwaved.

Im usually cold all the time, but Im worse now. More cold clammy. Its not nice.

I'm getting hot and cold flushes too :/ I'm sick of turning my heating on and off all day. It's all I'm doing!
