Just a wee note to say, Ive got this poster that I got from my open uni. Its like a life size poster of all the stages of pregnancy from conception and is really quite interesting. Its the one that is related to the show that was on BBC Countdown to life: The extraordinary making of you.

Anyway, I was fascinated and wanted to pass it on and went on and found a link for it - hopefully the girls in England etc can get one ordered. They are giving them away free up here.

I thought it be quite fun to hang and go through each week with Jackson.

I hope perhaps it is still early, 5w is still V early to see anything...

They said my hcg is very low, at the moment I have to stay in the hospital untill all is clear

Had some blood in my underwear when I went to the loo not alot buti that with the pain this morning (it hasn't come back) has got me worried. So the doctor will probably refer me to epu if not, I will be going to A&E as they always refer any bleeding to epu x

The hospital by me does it at 6 and by the time ever they fit me in ill be 6 weeks or past x

Ahhh, hope they can squeeze you in, probably see a fetal pole and sac perhaps?

Probably is hun if its not alot. But always best to get checked.

Hi, I'm Mary and my estimated due date is 5th October. Annoyingly three days before my Husband is going to be Best Man for the first time at a friends wedding three hours away, so there is a good chance I won't be able to make it to join him at the wedding!
This is my first pregnancy and I feel like I can't really get excited yet until I've been to the doctors for my first appointment. Is this just me?

Should I have details of a scan yet? I rang the doctors last week to let them know I had gotten a positive test and they told me to ring again when I reached 8 weeks pregnant. I'm rather worried though as I literally know nothing about pregnancy, having no friends with babies around. I read somewhere that I should be taking pills during weeks 1-12. I'm into week 5 now but haven't taken anything yet. If I don't get an appointment until 8-9 weeks, most of that time will have already passed before I've gotten any information about my first trimester! :S
Am I worrying for no reason? Is there anything I need to know before 8-9 weeks? I've obviously stopped drinking.

Has anyone else done another DIGI and got 3+ yet? When should it say this? Ive got myself all worked up. Plus I'm worried today as my boobs don't feel as sore. ??xx
