Hey, I'm late for my period and have taken tests in the past with no positive ever although this time I have done four tests, three the same brand, two from the same batch and 1 from a different brand. All at different times of day. All showing faint lines for positive. If I post pictures of my tests could anyone tell me if I'm being silly and there isn't a positive or there really is chance I'm pregnant. I am doing one more test and I am planning on going to the doctors, would this be the right step? If I'm pregnant this is my first time! I am completely new and clueless as to how the testing works but brilliant at working out the due dates and the way the doctors would work out the due date would mean I am due October 4th.

Please could someone advise me? I'm a little scared to say the least x

If you post your photos into the Am I pregnant? Section girls will help you there.

Id say if its a line on all then a positive. Could try a digi.

Anyway best of luck and hope you find the advice your after in another section. If it is positive feel free to come join us.

Good luck.

Ahh great news, hope all goes well!

Just sat here waiting for the 8th week to come so I can get started! xx

I went to the doctors surgery today and they've given me an hour appointment with the midwife next Wednesday. I was too excited and forgot to ask what will happen. Any one know? Should hubby come too?

I've not phoned for my booking appointment because I can't decide which hospital I want to give birth!!

I had my first at the southern general which is now the new queen Elizabeth. I had my second at the rah. I live closer to the rah but I had a few issues with them with my last preg and labour. But the main reason is that I've had a run in with the physio at rah and I'm terrified that I might need to see physio again in this pregnancy and they won't be very nice to me. I just need to man up! Lolx

I've got my appointment tomorrow with the midwife and another next Thursday too! :) Really excited.

I went out and chose my pram today, since we aren't finding out what we are having I've chosen Silver Cross Pioneer Pram System Special Edition Eton. It's beautiful, I totally fell in love in the shop! It's £800 but worth every penny. (Sorry for the big photo's, I had to use photobucket as the attachment wasn't working).

Your basic bloods, maybe some screening bloods, BP, height, weight, health history and your partners so perhaps best for OH to go. I dunno if Ill take OH to my booking in if hes working as this is our second.

Didnt get your due date. Is it 5th? If not Ill change it. Guessing your name is Debbie and have you got your scan date yet or perhaps an early one?

Love the basket on that pram.

The colour is lovely too.

I originally wanted the purple one as I never knew they had it in grey. I saw it today in Fenwicks and fell in love, I've gave it a test drive  I'll be buying it in April maybe.

Hope all goes well tomorrow.
Thats a nice pram, I have no idea what I'd be doing with prams tbh, I don't even know what sort you need for a new born, will have to get the shop assistant to help aha x

Ideally a travel system is your best bet, they go from newborn to toddler. So you have the carry cot for babies and they turn into buggies when they are older :)

This could be very true! Lol. I will be a planned section this time. I had a third degree tear last time and was told in theatre if I had anymore it would need to be c-section as wouldn't be able to have natural delivery again. I had a planned section with my first as she was breach so I'm ok with it. Plus I recovered better from the section than I did from third degree tear!!!

I will call them tomorrow. Xx

Beautiful! Love the colour and you can accessorie it with gender colours! My pram for my two was a black silver cross and I loved it. I just had pink blankets and parasol for my wee girl and then changed it to baby blue with my second.

I don't think it will manage a third so I'm getting a new pram this time. Any excuse eh!!!x

Thank you! :D I was thinking that too. Grey goes beautiful with pink or blue/green! We are doing the nursery green and grey too. I love the colour grey.

You can never go wrong with silvercross, I had one for my son when he was newborn. Have you looked at any new prams yet? :)
