On cycle day 27 of what have been 38 day cycles. I'm 11/12 dpo and got a bfn today but I'm praying it's still just too early as af isn't due until the 13th! My boobs have been so sore since 3dpo and not sensitive but terrible shooting pains. I'm also getting right pelvic pain and back ache but again, I'm trying not to get my hopes up. It's so damn hard though.

Fingers crossed for you all and congrats to all have had their bfps!!

Butting in here. Are you sure of when you ovulated hun? If your af isn't due until the 13th that would give you a 20/21 day luteal phase which is huge! If you're sure of when you ovulated then I'd expect your af to arrive in the next 2/3 days. If it doesn't arrive until day 38, chances are you don't ovulate until closer to cd24. Hope this doesn't sound cheeky, just don't want you potentially missing ovulation every month!

I thought for such a long cycle I'd ovulated way too early but according to the opks it was day 15/16 and they've been negative ever since!

DF works nights too which makes catching the egg so hard but we do try every weekend lol.

I used a website today which tells you what day to test once you've put in your info ie first day of last af, day ovulated and your cycle length and it predicted af being due on 13th! Soooo I'm holding out til then and hoping af doesn't rear her ugly head xx

I'll be testing again on the 5th!

I've had 3 bfn's so far but I'm just hoping I tested too soon. I am 8 days late and about 19/20dpo. Have a few symptoms but none of the typical ones such as sore boobs or nausea. Using a different brand test on Friday just incase!

I thought this might be useful for any newbies .

"Around 30 percent of women experience light bleeding during implantation. This bleeding lasts from several hours to a couple days. Most of the time, implantation occurs about nine days after ovulation, but it can occur as early as seven days or as late as 12 days after ovulation." 4 Jan 2017.

So if you've tested early don't give up yet and if you think AF has arrived, be mindful it may not actually be her xxxx

I did it!! Yesterday's test at the top and today's FRER and CB digi underneath!
