May mummies and rainbows to be :)

Lol I did after I sold them a vacuum and was waiting for a till to process the sale I started asking about her pram lol but when I tried it out it was too low for me I felt like the baby would be riding on the floor lol

When I have a busy day, I just can't keep up with you ladies. I 'd love to respond to some of what's been talked about, but gosh there is a lot to get through when you're gone for even half a day. I still love how chatty everyone is.

Had another scan today and no more fluid around the heart! YAY! They also had a look a the placenta and apparently it partially on my cervix, so that is what's causing the bleeding. I've been told that they aren't concerned about it right now as it's still early and that many time the placenta does shift away from the cervix as the uterus and baby grow, but if it's still like that at my 20 weeks scan, then they'll have to monitor it. So, hopefully it moves by then. I don't want a c-section, and if I have it late into pregnancy, that's what'll happen.

The consultant could clearly tell the gender and asked if we wanted to know, but my dw still won't agree, but as he was moving around, we both think we saw something sticking out. After asking that question he moved and pointed out legs and then the umbilical chord (different area to what we saw before). My dw seems to be coming around, so we might book an private scan and then create gender reveal xmas gift for the grandparents to be. *fingers crossed* she's up for it. It would be a lovely bday gift for me!

Ooooooo so exciting glad it's good news around the heart and they found a hopefully harmless cause for the bleeding. I hope it forts itself out do you can have the birth you want x x x

We are a chatty bunch, lol. I don't have busy days as I am just in feeling sick so am able to chat away, it would be hard to keep up otherwise.
So pleased all was well at scan. If she could see clearly then I reckon it's a boy but who knows, maybe it is just as easy to see girly bits too. Hopefully you will be able to find out xx

Lol I don't start work again now until the 20th Nov of something like that. (Unless you count yesterday lol ) so my days are not busy either!

Do you get that tiny pot of sudocrem? I got that with my son it's still half full now lol

Lol I just look at prams when out and about! Im bad for telling my DH to 'look over there - that's well over a grands worth of pram!'. I actually had a random guy start up a pram convo in a lift with me too!

Glad scan was all OK kabu! Hope the placenta shifts a wee bit and you get the birth you want! I think if you think it was a boy it probably was! They are much easier to sex than girls I think as there is always the chance a wee willy was hiding how exciting!x

Thanks ladies. I'm just relieved to finally know what's causing the bleeding. I'm going to check with the mw in 2 weeks at my 16 week checkup about the anti-d injection with this bleeding. I know right now the baby is so small that the risk is low, but I want to be sure. I'll have to get it at some point anyway.

I usually have time to catch up on here, but we had a QA inspections, so was in meetings when not teaching today and then had to prep cover for tomorrow as I'm off on training. All before lunch as I needed to take off for my scan. Now I'm heading back out to run a few more errands.

I can't wait to have time to do some baby shopping!

I'm looking at your ticker and drooling lol. Apparently it's important we up our protein intake around this time.... so I'll have a few 8oz filet mignons lol I don't know what if is but it looks goooooood
