I'm hoping they invent mobile scanning in the next couple of hours so I can go to bed and they can come and scan me at home!

Just gonna have a cuppa and then do the housework - thankfully it's not too bad so shouldn't take too long.

Is there anything else I can take for a cold? I've had paracetamol but my throat is so sore

Emily pineapple juice is fab for sore throats. I had recurrent tonsillitis when I was wee and that was something that really helped.

My doc did say an occasional ibuprofen before 3rd tri wouldn't hurt but it is against the actual advice so depends how bad the pain is I guess I hope you feel better in time for Christmas and that your scan goes well xx

My app says baby can taste the food I eat now, no wonder she got so active after I had some spicy dishes when we went for a curry at the weekend xx

I think it passes through the placenta and into the amniotic fluid and they swallow that. I didn't know either but I have said to OH that she responds after I eat certain things xx

You don't have to wait! The sonographer isn't allowed to write it down, she had to tell us, so there'll be no Christmas day reveal.

Baby is all good, fit and healthy. Wiggling away! Not a particularly big baby but not overly small either.
