Eeeekkk!! Feels like tri 2 went in the blink of an eye! It does feel like a big step and quite scary but exciting as well.x

Wow can't believe some march mummies are now in tri 3!! I've still got a few weeks left in tri 2 but looking forward to being over here with you soon xx

Wow some of us are already in tri3. It's going now quicker. Im so hungry all the time. Can't say no to any home made cakes.

I have noticed in the past couple of days that I've been getting hungrier - think baby had a growth spurt! I've never been able to say no to cake though :oooo:

It's scary. I'm most likely going to be having a section in the last week of Feb. In a few weeks I will be having a baby the next month.

Ahhh where did tri2 go?!

ts2573 - I’m having a section in the last week of Feb too. Only 11weeks to go!

I'm in tri 3 now too! Yikes where has the time gone??
Will also be having an elective c section but not sure when yet. Will find out end of December.

How are you all doing?xx

Girls how come you already know you will have c section?

Hi Charlotte,
I had a very very bad birth with my son and have had 2 operations since and a third needed after they left me in such a mess down below. I am really small and had gestational diabetes the first time which meant my son was quite a big boy for my size. I lost 2 litres of blood, needed a blood transfusion and was in labour almost 4 days. My consultant agrees that I should have a c section so that's the route I'm going down. Couldn't face what I went through again and hate how I've been left down below. I just don't want to risk being any more damaged.

I had a section with my dd because she was breech but had her legs and head in the wrong angles. It wasn't safe to turn her.

This time around my consultant offered a vbac but I have an anxiety disorder and if anything goes wrong I'm liable to panic. It was decided that, due to risks of a vbac, csection was a better option as it's easier to control.

Wow, strange to think that if you're having a c-section you already have a good idea of when it will be - and it's not long!

Anyone got any new symptoms to report? I'm just getting poked in the ribs more and more, I like the movement but it's a weird feeling!

I guess thats a plus of having a c section, knowing pretty much exactly when your little one will be here!

Im just getting really curious now as to when labour will start and what it will all feel like on my body! Like most people im sure, im hoping i dont go past my due date too much or have to get induced.
When is evetyone packing their hospital bag? Im going to start and get it organised in january lol.
Oh maybe a silly question, but do you wash the baby clothes you buy new? My friend did it with everything she bought new but others say not to bother?

Yes Merry same here the movements are feeling different now and yes , such a weird feeling! Sometimes its like a strong tickling sensation when its not a jabbing sensation! Im starting to get pain on my coccyx if i sit a certain way for too long. Ive requested an assessment in work for a new chair as mine is crap and doesnt adjust! Has no arms either and i am finding myself pulling myself up using the desk sometimes.
Also got some heartburn last night for the first time.
29 weeks today!

Hope you all have a great week xx

Oh how is everyone managing in the snow and ice? I almost slipped and fell today which scared me a little. I usually walk a lot but feeling reluctant to walk anywhere until everything is thawed and when i do walk its at a snails pace.
Be careful in the slippy weather ladies xx

We didn't get any snow or ice. Just rain.

Symptom wise. Nothing new. Still the same heartburn and lack of sleep because little miss wants to play dance party all night.
Oh... wait.. feet are swollen today. That's new

Wow Tri three as of Sunday 10th December, I cant believe how quickly its going, I had my growth scan today & my baby is laying Transverse, They are not worried at this time as they expect her to turn naturally, However if she hasnt turned by 36 weeks they will try to turn her, Otherwise all is well & looking good, The thought of a c section terrifies me, Hope that everybody else is doing well ? X

Loopy, there is still time for baby to turn. I heard that crawling helps.

Girls, have you got any pets? Have they change their behaviour?

We have two French Bulldogs. At the start of the pregnancy one of them was a bit more clingy but apart from that they’ve not really changed there behaviour. How about you Charlotte, do you have any pets?
