How was the softcup? i have seen a video on youtube of a girl that swore by that was what helped her to get pregnant. I just don't really like the idea of it, but i wouldn't rule it out if it i had tried everything else. x

It was good! I didn't even know it was there! lol I felt silly putting it in while my husband was still there and of course I dont think leaving it in 12 hours is the best idea but i forgot about mine and left it in for 9! lol ummm maybe something good will come of it. I plan to use it if we BD again (fingers crossed as hubby isnt feeling the best...was nice surprise we made it the other night).

I use mooncups for AF so I don’t see why I couldn’t use it after BD too... I might give it a go. Like you say @chattychar1990 we’ve tried everything else haha

Oh my gosh no problem! Its okay Good luck to everyone here who hasn't been hit by AF yet.

I literally texted my mom the pics to ask her opinion lol I almost posted here but dont wanna break rules if I shouldnt as they aren't pregnancy tests but ovulation.


Oh and the person who asked about how we picked Avatars...I just like cats lol So found a little cute one googling for it.

I’m part of a miscarriage group on Facebook and someone posted today about preseed/conceive plus and I was shocked that about 90% of responses said their doctors don’t recommend it as it can help sperm which aren’t fit (and wouldn’t normally) reach the egg. Don’t know if I buy this or not, the journey to egg is huge for a little sperm so surely a little bit of help at the cervix isn’t going to make that big of a difference to an unhealthy sperm? What do you guys think? I used it last cycle but not sure whether to leave it this month x

I am freaking out. My friend saw my strips and since it was only super dark one time is like "are you sure you ovulate?" It's like...my levels were good I hope so. I dont need something to agonize over lol. My hubby and I were intimate not even 24 hrs before my darkest strip and he isnt feeling well so I want to hold onto some kind of hope cuz that may be the only time we BD. sorry venting lol

From what I know the LH surge can happen super fast, that’s why it’s suggested with cheapies you test twice a day cause otherwise you can miss it. You can ovulate up to 36 hours after the surge though x

If it is a concern I would speak to the doctor, they will do a blood test one week before your period (or every week from cd21 if you’re irregular) to establish whether you’ve ovulated. It’s the only way to tell, it is common to get positive opks and not have ovulated, that’s often my problem x

This month I only dtd twice. So I don’t think how many times is that important.
Have you had the blood test on day 21 of your cycle? That tells you if you ovulate.
