Oh poor you Birdo that sounds awful, they made me so ill too. I was vomiting after taking them! Floradix is amazing though, you could probably ask for it on prescription or just buy it in Boots. It doesn't taste too bad, just have a swig of it with some OJ 30 mins before a meal. Kale, spinach, eggs and dried apricots really good too. Put chia seeds on EVERYTHING, and dark chocolate is a great source of iron.
