Ladies doing IVF or IUI - 2015 (9 BFPs!)

Thank you, only started the clexane today and that was no problem whatsoever, they have been perfectly fine on previous cycles too just get a little bruised, but what's some bruising after everything we go through and to hopefully get our dream come true.

How are you doing? I have my infusion next week, did you have to sit up or lie down for yours? I also wondered what time of day you have to the Clexane, can you do it any time in the evening? Just asking cos we might be fed up with having to get home early for injections by then!

My boobs have been painful yesterday and today, I've never had that before, must be the different drug combination!

How is everyone else doing?

Hi Blueflower, that's a good sign! I really hope this is the one for you.

I'm still plodding along, no symptoms that can't be explained by the meds. OTD is the 27th.

Lots of luck for testing day keepitcrossed!!

My stim dosage was increased on cd7 to 375iu and todays scan shows follicle growth slowly but surely... phew!

Thank you kkheartsbaby.

That's great news that your follicles are growing nicely. Hope you get lots of lovely eggies. x

Hi everyone

It's been an age since I have been on here... Not coped very well so had a long break and some hypnotherapy and now I am much stronger and about to go for IVF, hopefully start treatment with an endometrial scratch at the end of March.

Good luck everyone

Lou

I'm sick with nerves this morning about my intralipid infusion! Mainly because the nurse was supposed to call me yesterday about what time she's coming this afternoon. I need to leave enough time to get back from work, have lunch first etc. Very annoying. I am going to ring Healthcare at Home at 8 to find out what's going on!

Hope youve got sorted blueflower and have a couple of hours relaxing during the treatment :)

My fingers are crossed for test day KeepItCrossed!

Hope you got everything sorted for today Blueflower and you don't have to rush about too much.

Welcome back Loubalouba x

She rang just before 11 for a 1pm appointment! I have to park my car miles away from work so left soon after so that I can have lunch and get ready, phew!

That's true kk I will be forced to sit still and relax during the treatment! She sounded nice on the phone so hopefully it will be fine. Just glad I know what's happening now!

Healthcare at Home had got the wrong date! Luckily they had a cancellation so sent someone who was in the area at the last minute. She was expecting the afternoon free so it wasn't a good start!

It all went fine! I have elaborated on it in my journal, but basically I didn't feel it, it took ages so we had a nice chat! (The nurse made some calls as she was expecting to be having Admin time this afternoon but it was fine as I just read my book with one hand and looked on Facebook!)

Let's hope it will stop those Killer Cells from getting rid of my embryos!

Thats another box ticked... glad all went well and you got some good advice from the nurse :) whats the next stage for you blueflower? X

1st scan is tomorrow! Then steroids start Thursday! What about you?

Quick stimms maybe not so quick for me ;).... shall see if im making progress tomorrow!

As far as I understand they inhibit the immune system to stop it getting rid of the embryos as if they are foreign objects.

Hi guys, who's reading the Marisa Peer book? I'm wishing I had it a few weeks ago, it really changes how you think. I feel so much more positive now and I only started reading it yesterday. x

I read the ivf programme on page 132 after each injection to help visualise whats going on ;) had the book over a year and remembered that there's parts for ivf so reading it again :)
