Ladies doing IVF or IUI - 2015 (9 BFPs!)

Hope everything goes ok tomorrow Blueflower?
You at the local clinic tomorrow? I'm there too but not until the afternoon.
xx

Blueflower my EC was at 0900 hours. I wasn't allowed food after midnight but I was allowed 300ml of water at 0700 hours if that is any help?

Oh yes, going over bumps you can feel everything can't you! I must say I'm not enjoying this feeling afterwards, very bloated and just feeling odd around the tummy area. Ready for bed already as well!

All the best for tomorrow. Exciting times.

Hey to everyone else, hope you are all doing ok xx

Thanks ladies! Your follicles fill with fluid Niknak so it will feel full probably until your embryo transfer!
We have to go to London so will need to leave before 7! Won't need much time to get ready though as not allowed breakfast or makeup! Just a quick shower.

That's great nic nac!! I would now go for 2!!! Increases your odds! And I would love twins!

Good luck blue flower :) :) xxx

Good luck blue flower, fx for you it all goes smoothly xxx

Have any of you ladies had the natural killer cells test? Xx

It all sounds really good! FX you all get BFPs.

My endo scratch is on 28th now so no pregnancy this cycle and IVF cycle should start Nov 4th. X

Thank you! Yes I had the NK test, its lots of blood, beware!
The jam sandwich thing is something RAFMrs said, that after transfer the embryo is like a grain of sand between 2 slices of bread, stuck in some jam, it isn't going anywhere!
We are at the hospital, been checked in but procedure won't be till 12 or 1!! No water for hours! The room is weird, like a sinister hotel room! ;)

Do you ladies treat yourself to Chocolate and sweets when TTC and IVF. Had no idea it was a no go food so have been eating a lot of chocolate since I love it and I think I deserve it.. What's your thoughts :(

I am generally no sugar due to PCOS but I do allow myself some dark chocolate (it is supposed to be good for you anyway, plus I love it!) xxx

I don't have much of a sweet tooth so didn't find sweet stuff too difficult to give up. Chips, however, are a different story! I keep having to tell myself to wait until AFTER I get pregnant...

It went well thanks! Had to leave before 7 & only got home half an hour ago so it was a long day! They got 12 eggs! No problems with my blood pressure or blood sugar this time but they were aware and kept an eye.
Had a lovely omelette and lemon sorbet afterwards and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to leave! Feeling a bit sore but not too bad! Relaxing at home now.

Re the chocolate I think you just have to be careful about caffeine. I have a couple of maltesars or Minstrels as a treat after injections and a biscuit or something at work but wouldn't scoff loads of bars! Dark chocolate is better for you but I think it contains caffeine.

Wow that is a long day, but 12 eggs ... that's amazing.
Totally worth it.

Enjoy your well earned rest xx

Great to hear all went well Blueflower... keeping positive eggy thoughts for you this weekend ;) take it easy xx

Bit achy! Probably go to bed soon! How are you? Do you get an update tomorrow?

Happy all went well! 12 is a great number! Hope you get some good news the next couple of days :)
