Hey girls - nothing interesting to report with me. Getting a couple of period pain niggles but they go away quicker than they come in the first place.

I think I'm going to be an August mummy anyway.

Midwife has said she can sweep me at 39 weeks if my cervix is favourable...looks like I'm having a pretty large baby so I may take her up on the offer! Ha ha!

I'm off to mw this morning, going to push for a sweep! She said last time wouldn't do one till 40+5, but there is no harm is asking.

done a bit of tidying round the house, just going to get my self a drink and then do some paperwork i think lol

i bounced for what felt like forever last night

im hoping for sometime over the weekend, but am fully prepared for nothing happening for at least another week.....for some reason i just have a feeling he is going to be a week late lol


my next mw appointment is on monday, she just said we would discuss things then if baby hasnt arrived, she didnt seem to keen to do any encouraging to be honest, i think she will leave him to do as he likes for a bit longer

Well mw said no to sweep as it was too early!!!! I tried to push it, but got nowhere! I have to wait till Thursday Then she started on about how she did one yesterday which worked as she had to visit her later with new baby!!

Come on baby!!!

Well, I'm still here too! Had my app on Wednesday were doc told me I was 2cm. Lost my mucus plug on Thursday morning. Having tons of contractions, but the intensity hasn't changed. Hopeful it's just my body getting prepared. Haven't posted cause I'm on the brink of having a nervous break down. Just so tired of being pregnant! Next app is on the 20th, but I'm convinced I'm not really due until the 22nd. So, if I don't go by then it's a debate between him and his son whether to induce or c-section. Really, don't wanna go down the c-section route!

U never know! I literally woke up last Sunday and something was diff with leaking waters etc and he xane Monday but isn't actually due until tommo!! Could just happen for u! X

Hey girls keep the faith,

With both my two I had no niggles or pains or any signs untill I woke up with contractions, first labor progressed fast 18 hours second over 45 hours but no build up or clue it was going to happen, first was 2 days early second 3 days early

I didn't have any signs before Matthew either really! Just waters went Monday morning and he came Tuesday morning! Hope your babies don't keep you waiting too long girls xxx

I'm trying to stay positive, n know baby will come when he is ready bit can't help but have this hope he will turn up soon lol I go bed everynight praying ill go Into labour that night lol anyways I'm off to Indian restaurant to eat my heart out haha

I'm beginning to get weird aches in the middle of the night but I'm so sleepy when I get them I.don't know what's going on.. backs been hurting loads, n yday had a pressure type feeling on my bottom.. normal? that pains gone now, I don't actually know what to look out for in terms of aches and pains :'(

confuzed - I didn't have any signs really right up until the night my waters broke, that night I had bad lower back pain, like a period type pain in my back? Sounds silly lol! Maybe the pressure on your bottom was babys head moving down more?

Has anyone else had their LO's that I haven't updated on the first page? Not managing to keep up very well
