I've been lucky and been sleeping pretty well.

I just can't believe how hot it is, apparently it's officially a heat wave now?

Im just going to take it easy today and stay out the sun!

My hubby wanted to buy a sun lounger for me to sit out side in the sun. No chance in hell am i sitting in the sun. Im staying inside with my fan on full blast.
38 weeks today! Only 2 weeks till my due date

Feel like utter shit!! Too hot, sick and grumpy as!!! Constantly getting period pains that last for ages all night no idea what that's about. They've gone away this morning and just left with the sickness.

Ahh I am so fed up with this pregnancy now. Blood in my underwear this morning i think i should just move in to the maternity unit with the amount of time i've spent there recently

It's so hot!!! I'm sat in the paddling pool while my toddler naps. I had a sweep yesterday it failed not dilated so just got to wait for little man. I just can't stand this heat it's horrific, had period pains today but nothing major xxx

It's horrible isn't it.. I've just been sat in a cold bath lol.. not quite as exciting as a pool!!

Hospital just called I have a growth scan tomorrow at 9.30, anybody else had one? Hoping everything's ok. Looking forward to seeing LO again, last scan was at 20 weeks xx

I abandoned the food shop, ordered it online...

Did little today Except walk the dog early and hang about. Did one massage for some extra money as absolutely brassic atm.

Have two massages to do tomorrow but they on good Friends so, no dramas

It's just moving around in this heat!! Makes me want to scream!

Left all the housework til 8pm then got it done, to be honest I did 40 odd mins then had a chill then another 40 and it was spotless... So just taking breaks between stuff.

Now am too hot and quite sore.

But will try and sleep all the same

Midwife thinks it could be the start of labour but i dont feel like anythings gonna happen for awhile. Cant imaging being in hospital in this heat.

Had 2 showers already tonight. So far not managed to sleep found a facial spritz so thats helping to keep me cool for now but it was only half full so not sure it will last the night.
Hope everyone manages to get some sleep tonight.

I was up at midnight drenched in sweat then struggled to sleep again.. feeling tired this morning but still I'm too hot to lay down and get comfy. Scan this morning, I'm glad it's early so I can get back before it get too hot.

I had lots of cramps yesterday evening too, strongest I've felt them so far but they did pass once I'd sat down and chilled
Out. Did freak me out though!

Scan was ok, everything measuring fine apart from his AC measurement which was over the 95th centile , I got referred to the day assessment unit and saw a consultant straight away who brushed it off as nothing to worry about as its not uncommon for the AC measurement to be high at this stage. It says on my notes estimated weight 7lb 4, I'm hoping that's estimated birth weight!! It must be his big belly!

The weight estimate will be what he is now. But it could be wrong i had a growth scan a few days before Riley waa born that said he was 9lb but he was 8lb 2oz at birth.

That's what I thought.. I spoke to my midwife and she said it's the estimated birth weight so who knows.. I'm sure he won't be that big, I'm not massive and have always measured under at all my appointments.. Time will tell I guess!!

It's unbelievably humid today, I am really suffering, just had a shower as I'm sweating so much without even doing anything!

Glad all went well Julybug. Biggest measurement for this baby was her belly so it must be normal for it to be a bit on the high side.

Baby is still breech as ECV didn't work so I have been scheduled for a c-section. Been in the hospital since 9 this morning x

Oh no, sorry it didn't work for you.. how you feeling about the c-section? What date have they given you? I was only in hospital for couple of hours and it was so hot so I feel for you..

Surely this heat can't be good for baby? Im constantly worrying his over-heating or something, I'm drinking plenty and i've not been in the sun at all but it's just so so hot, I'm sweating just sitting still....!

I AM IN SUCH A BAD MOOD TODAY!!

I'm too hot and there's loads to do and the fucking dog ate a dress off the washing line that my mum bought for me.

I've spent the day having constant showers followed by relaxing on sofa in my underwear. I cant commit to wearing more clothes than that.

It's soooo hot - is everyone else really struggling? Drove back from my parents this morning and thought I was going to pass out! Very bad idea, I now know NOT to attempt driving anywhere in this weather.

Really hoping it's starts to cool down, I have lots of sort out but can't do anything in this heat!
