Was pink and only came off when I wiped and was only twice. We had sex this morning though and cramping seems to be getting worse as the day goes on. X

PB honestly sounds like it was related to having sex. If your cramps worsen or you're really worried, go get yourself checked out! If only for your piece of mind hun xx

Ooh that's so exciting Katybaby!! Normal to be nervous but fingers crossed everything will be good and hopefully it's late enough to see a heartbeat x

Same as KH, 6 weeks today and so happy to get to this milestone. Still can't fully let go of the fear but each new day eats away at it a bit more. Trying to snack on little bits through the day to help with the nausea.

Hope you are all doing okay. Seems like inly yesterday I was in March mummies thread and having to say goodbye to those lovely ladies.

hi everyone

I hope you've all had a nice weekend

after a few days of feeling pretty good today I spent all morning either on the toilet or lying in bed feeling like death. not great when I was making a roast for the in-laws. although I made it through and it seems to have passed now

we've told both sets of parents now and everyone is over the moon. I feel much better now I don't have to hide it every time I want to groan a little

got my booking in appointment this Friday, can anyone remember if they take bloods at booking in? I can't remember from last pregnancy. last pregnancy towards the end I was low on iron, not low enough to need tablets but I was told I needed to up it myself otherwise i would need the tabs. I ate all the right things and never needed the pill which I was happy with but atm I feel like I might be a bit anemic so trying to eat more iron rich foods and hoping to increase my levels before they take bloods

I'm 7 weeks tomorrow we'll maybe supposed to be I'm not going of the scan. No more blood still a few painful cramps tho.
Shepherdess they might do. With me they gave me a form and sent me to the hospital to have it done think it depens on area. With the iron I was anemic from 28 weeks until she was 8 or 10 weeks old had to take 3 tabs a day. I feel like its low already this time I'm craving OJ and that's a big sign of it... When I gave birth I lost 3x the amount of blood I was supposed to and passed out when I woke up and came to all I wanted was OJ! I'm also feeling faint alot. Google the signs of low iron should tell you x

thanks Peanut Butter, I have already had a little search online and think I am low on iron; been upping the iron rich foods the last two days so will keep it up.
now you mention I think I had my first bloods take the day of my 1st scan

I don’t dare, I feel like I’m going to jinx everything! This is our first so we are going to need everything! I have no idea where to start! Going to wait until start of next year when we are passed the 12 week mark.

No I really really want to. But I'm afraid to. We don't have that much left from dd cause we gave it to family who needed. I waited until the 12 week scan. But it's a third of the way through so I wish I could start now. I've picked out a lot window shopping haha xx

Ha! If we have a girl all I need to buy is another crib, double pram and more bottles. If we have a boy we need to buy everything cos everything is pink! X

I'm a proper scrooge. We're not going to buy anything until last minute.

Exceptions might be if we see something we really like or something on the list comes up at a really good price, but otherwise, we'll be getting so much off family and friends it seems a little silly when we can save that money.

The lady at work who everyone said hates talking about babies as she doesn't have a maternal bone in her body has not shut up bless her. She's so excited for me, has bought me a sick bucket in case of morning sickness as we're in a secure cash office, so there are two locked doors with an air lock of 10 seconds so "running to the loo" really isn't that easy, lol. She's also waiting for the 12 week scan so she can start knitting clothes and hats bless her!

My parents will be good and only get useful things. Dan's parents (mum really) will go absolutely mad as it'll be her first grandchild so she'll probably get almost everything we need, no matter how much we tell her not to, lol.

we need to sort out our spare room as it's currently an office whixh is filled with everything! we won't need to buy much for this baby but I'll get a few bits in the January sales. both of my sister in laws are pregnant and due before me so hoping we'll get some hand me downs to if ours is a boy and one of them has a boy to.

I'm currently crocheting a blanket for baby and hoping to do a couple of cardies and other bits to, I only learned how to crochet after my daughter was born so while I did make her a quilted blanket and a few crochet items this baby will probably have a lot more handmade bits

We don't need big things accept of a new crib... this time I'd like a next to me crib. Sadly these are very expensive and I won't be buying that second hand. So I think I will put away £30 each month to pay for that stuff towards end of term x

My third bedroom is basically a storage room at the minute I can't wait to get it changed into a nursery. But it is filled with so much crap.

KHTW I'm wanting a next to me too, they're ridiculously expensive for what they are though.

Shepherdess I so wish I could crochet. Im no good at things like that. My gran made a crochet teddy for DD when she was born and its hilarious. She told me she'd forgotten how to do it but kept going so its head hangs from the body. Wish I could get a pic of it lol. DD calls it the teddy her gran broke making it. xx

So nauseous this morning. :/
