Katybaby, you should get a self referral to a local physio now you're pregnant. I see mine for the first time on Thursday and honestly, I really hope she can help sort me out as my back troubles are really starting to affect me now. Granted, there are underlying issues, but if you're feeling discomfort like that this early on, I do think you should speak to your midwife and get physio started. just try a normal pillow between the knees and one behind your back for now to see if it does help. If it does, go and buy a pregnancy pillow. I do feel for you though. I'm lucky in that it is bed that eases my back/leg troubles, just the other 17-18 hours a day that I struggle with, minus the odd nap, lol.
Fingers crossed you can find a way to ease it though.
Jemrose, will you go back to the GP? You probably should if the antibiotics haven't sorted it. Ideally, you should be symptom free before the end of the course, so each day you're not taking AB's while you still have symptoms, it could be getting worse. I'd definitely give them a call.
I can't believe I'll be officially 14 weeks tomorrow. It's a real milestone for me as it was 14 weeks that I had a D&C when I was 26, for a baby that was never going to mature to term. Things do happen for a reason and I'm very glad I didn't have that partner as the father of my child, but it's always been on my mind, so to get past 14 weeks will be huge for me.
Hope you all have a lovely day xxx
