I have my flu jab today, I hope it is going to be exactly like last time = no side effects at all. Don't fancy going down with ANOTHER cold for Christmas x

Oh shep I feel for you honestly. Fx it eases off throughout the day. Nothing worse than being caught outside. Pregnancy seems to make everything worse xx

KHTW Definitely can't get them out, at lest it's very difficult. I'm supposed to see the doctor every time it happens so there's a record but sure you know how hard it is to get appointments Sort of used to it now, if I take cocodamol from the start I can usually take the edge off. I think I've to get a swa for strep b now I'm pregnant I cant remember. Sorry about your sleep. I'd honestly take sleep over money right now! I'm scared how fast my pregnancy is going too! Xx

PB aw not you too lol hoping we get past it both before Christmas! I've been fighting mine for a while but it's crazy how many times you get sick pregnant. It's like a slap in the face lol. Let us know if you get your scan sorted xx

Mine was fine hun . First time I've had it in first tri too and was okay, no symptoms at all. (Except the hives which I'm sure have nothing to do with it now)

Morning ladies

I slept!! Had a bit of a sore throat last night and sure enough it's my tonsillitis coming on. Wish they'd rip the things out. I usually take cocodamol for it otherwise I end up with a fever. So I've had to take paracetamol. I hate taking anything pregnant though it makes me nervous :/ Sort of glad though cause I've felt it coming so at least it should be gone for Christmas. (OH said I'm too negative lately can you tell I'm trying to be positive haha)

But actually feeling good today for once lol it's amazing what some bloody sleep will do

12 weeks tomorrow I can't believe how quick this is going. Is it dragging or flying for you ladies?

Glad you are feeling a bit rested haha wow 12 weeks that's awesome. I'm only 9 weeks today... Feel like it's taking foreeeevvverrrrr hahaha xx

I'm off work... Again... As my mother liked to inform me. I had to leave my husband to work and it was so hard not to throw up in the car and the anti sickness meds I got make me really drowsy and it says u shouldn't really drive but I had to bring him to work there aren't buses or anything that go there. Got home and mum was literally standing in the hall waiting to pounce on me the moment I got in. I was more concerned about my doggy - had a bad dream last night some bad guys took her and were blackmailing us to do things to get her back. She's so precious to me and so sweet and I knew she'd be so scared with strange men haha silly I know but I've been clutching her since which she's loving the attention anyway xx

Aw Laura, I had a dream that my dog died and it was devastating, even though it was only a dream. I woke up and just wanted to cuddle her all day, as silly as it seems she has been my rock for the past 5 years.

Who cares what your mum thinks, honestly if you're too ill to go to work then that's that. You are an adult not a child she can go away! xx

Laura would you like me to come over and give your mum a smack. I'm kidding (I guess) I get mums like her though, me and mine have only formed a decent relationship since Ivy came along. I moved out at 16 and to Scotland at 18. When my dd came it was like she wised up with a second chance. Hopefully when your baby comes it might help her do the same. hey just noticed your location for some reason. Whereabouts are you from? I'm from Belfast originally xx

Today I feel like I did at 4 weeks!! My boobs are agony, feel sick but hungry... ahhhh what's happening lol.

But yay happy 11 weeks to me, one more week to go. Shan I notice you're 12 weeks tomorrow, how exciting

Still nothing from my Dr. I made an appointment at 4pm (the only one available) so we can be like WTF. Done my Doppler again yday, took ages to find but felt movement and found the HB right where I felt it so definitely feeling it heh made me excited. X

Aw PB I'm so glad for you, but I really can't believe the doctors are treating you like that! Being that I work in a GP surgery it is honestly really bad practice!!

PB are you only just having your booking appointment at 12 weeks? Thats really late isnt it.
Have you found the HB using your own doppler? I really want to get one, which one do you have?

Finally! Definitely give them shit for leaving you in the lurch like that. Hopefully your scan will be *really* soon especially if you want the testing done. I think I may have missed you 12 week also so congrats hun you're getting there despite that stupid doctor xx
