My hormones are all over the place must be due to the last few months or ovulation induction or something but I cried about 6 times yesterday, for no reason whatsoever, I’m feeling nauseous and tired all the time and have been spotting.

I’m glad we’ve taken the month off as with hormones like this I don’t think we would of had a chance anyway! Guess I might be in for a long wait for my next cycle to start...

It’s funny. I’m on CD11 and now we have to dtd every other day until CD30 and the whole idea just bores me senseless. There are so many other things I’d rather be doing, like editing my book or watching foreign language stuff on Netflix or even just sleeping! I have to be in a very specific mood to enjoy sex (generally relaxed like on holiday for example). I generally just wait for it to be over.

I’m actually thinking this cycle we should dtd a lot longer after possible ovulation. We followed smep last month and we haven’t dtd since the day after pos opk which is almost 3 weeks ago now wow.. that’s sad really..!!

Heyy so my CM has changed to creamy thats definate!! But my temps are quite wack. Its put me as ovulating Sunday not sure i agree based on cm - based on temps id say ive borderline not ovulated to be honest but cm is definately Creamy.. guess ill have to keep tracking CM i(prefer not to in 2ww) & keep tracking with temps till i get a good few in a row that are actually high..
Its because Sat & Sun i got some shockingly low temps and since then they have gone back up to just where would be potentially before O in my opinion not quite high enough.. im a 98.40+ yesterday was 98.64 , today 98.26. And temps can be around 97.96-98.10 before O so they are just jumping all over place.

I just very sadly think im Out purely because i think this is a anovulatory cycle i dont know how AF will be..

I'm nervous to use pre-seed tonight (yes i'm weird lol) the syringe looks very long!! A bit grossed out at the fact i have to insert it

Temps since Feb 2019+ have been shakey so it isnt new- i can only guess ive ovulated because cm is soo creamy you just couldnt even miss it! But ill have to carry on temping & checking till im satisfied its 100% happened.. and i hate having to do that as id stopped doing this in 2ww

CD:10!!! Static Smiley!!? Jesus thats soo early right?
Re pre seed dont use too much as v v slippery otherwise. Remember to try & chill v much not guaranteed to do anything at all (yes im debbie debbie at the moment ) but ive used preseed for 3 months & nothing yet so point is try & relax with applying it.. id say 1-2g max insert in till hit cervix.

I know its not guaranteed but have heard more good things than bad about preseed and tbh its the only thing i haven't tried so worth a go. I dont expect it to work to be perfectly honest, why would it, nothing else has after all?!
I wouldn't even know if i hit the cervix or not, I have never felt for it??

@soffphie How confusing.. I gave up with temps and constant cm checking a longgggg time ago. I find it way too stressful.
I know temping is the only way to defo confirm ovulation happened but if the changes are stressing you out it might be worth taking a break from it. Temping won’t get you pregnant. It will just pinpoint parts of your cycle. If you are dtd at least every other day during your predicted fertile period then you’ll be covered.
