** JULY 2019 TESTING THREAD **

Mini update on my cycle i have borderline creamy cm now. Cant believe O potentially been & gone in a flash 1+ opk and thats it.. potentially. Defo no BD today i have decided ill only BD if cm is good and cervix too ideally.. not had that perfect cervix id normally get so not v hopeful again.

Do you feel like it will show up soon? Or will you test?

Im not sure there’s any point in August testing for me cause Hubby is going away for work around the best time for dtd before ovulation so I think we’re possibly going to miss our chance

Oh no!! Don’t say that just yet you don’t know could ovulate early or late! You aren’t out of the race yet I have my fingers crossed for you.

Well my temp has dropped so assuming it’ll come tomorrow as it dropped this morning and defiantly got that dull ache period pains! If I haven’t come on by end of week I’ll test but for now I’ll just sit and wait. X

@Alexis2017 Congrats! strangely enough i was reading your first page of your Journal and it said somone predicted youd have twins..

My cycle update is NOTHING is happening
I dont think i have ovulated as temps not high enough, in fact gone down again!!
i am cd:20 i am usually a day 16'r so i know its not massively late but it feels so late..
i have quite a few pains going on around there so perhaps bodys just struggling to ovulate or something.. who knows! opks are negative but there is a line.. normally i see no line at all when completely negative. who knows

when people are taking their vitamins/supplements how spread out do you make them?
i know a few of you will know my husband takes quite a few.. but i am wondering if we should keep with wellmans for now until a suitable alternative comes along but split the doses.. so..
wake up & have Black Maca / Ashwagandha / 1 500mg vit c
lunch - take wellmans
dinner - d3, selenium and 500mg vit c again?
i'm just wondering if rather then having wellmans at dinner with all rest it could be better to split over the supplements thruout the day?
i'm waiting for a call of a ivf nurse but till then im thinking do this , atleast for tomorrow!?
unless somone can look at the list above and say dont take this etc...

I try to split mine out over each meal and take pregnacare with dinner as it’s the largest.

I’m not sure if it matters but otherwise I’m taking a fair few things all in one go.

I'm due in March 2020...!!That same women told me I would get back in to my jewellery making (I used to work as a goldsmith and always did stuff at home in my spare time but had stopped feeling creative) Last summer my friend died and I started a fundraiser and raised 25k by making jewellery! Now I've been making more and more. So the last big prediction was a win fall of money to help with the twins.... So still waiting on that part hah

Hope you got the timing right, do you always have a quick surge?
In response to when to take supplements, I only take pregnacare with my evening meal, I used to take folic acid on its own in the morning but it used to make me feel sick x

After 8 week scan you are discharged to normal midwife /hospital scans from then on in. Its no higher risk than any other pregnancy from that point.

I think I get a few extra scans further on due to my coeliac disease but that's it. I will def be doing a few private scans as I fly out on holiday 12 weeks and 2 days and prob won't get my 12 week scan till I come back? Unless they fit me in on exactly 12 weeks or the day later.
