I have serious pains in my pelvis. What are your symptoms of SPD? I need to work through March as those are my qualifying weeks for maternity!!
I've been thinking the same CNM, I've never been so stressed and just generally feeling like sh*t... I have not found pregnancy very fun at all. My mood is terrible at the moment, feeling really low and teary, I think everything's just getting to me plus I'm exhausted! Tiredness and come back with vengeance!
Zzzzzz
Hey ladies
I've just been told I have SPD and need to stop lifting my son up and rest more...I've been really active this pregnancy and I've been enjoying it but now I'm miffed off because I'm either always ill or something is always happening this time around. How do you guys feel? Xxx
Eurgh, is it excrutiating? That's my biggest fear I think. I'm fine except that I'm still completely exhausted so much of the time. I'm sleeping 9 hours a night and napping 3 hours in the day. How do you cope looking after a child as well?! I'm genuinely reconsidering having any more after this.
Oh HunI sympathise Violet and Salisburymum I'm pretty sure I've got it too it's horrible! Really Achey feeling in my pelvis and lady bits, which is worse when walking and I've also been getting shooting pains in my pelvis that make it feel like it's seized up, and oh my god when I sneeze I feel like my pelvis and lower tummy is being crushed in a vice it's so painful! I've had it for the past week or so, some days are better than others but on bad days I've hardly been able to walk. I'm hobbling around like an old lady. I didn't have it with my other 2 pregnancies so it's taken me by surprise, I think running around after young children doesn't help! My youngest is same age as yours violet and I'm really struggling to pick him up too! I've got midwife next week so I'm hoping she can refer me to physio or get a support belt xx
