January is looking to be a very busy month How are we all feeling? Have you got your booking appointments with your midwife yet? Mines the 22nd, And I have a scan booked for the 19th I'll be 6+6.

Got to go see MW on June 3rd to go through all the paperwork, medical history etc. Got to have a blood test done hopefully next week to check everything over. Then my 12 week scan is on June 26th so OH and I are looking forward to that

So just did my last test and still getting 2-3. I'm 5 weeks today and sure I got a 3 + at the point with my last. Whhen did those that have tested and got a 3+ get theirs? A bit worried as not feeling many symptoms the last few days either...

I was 5w 1 day when I got my 3+. I didnt want to waste the test as I had done that the previous week! Really we dont fully know when our hormones are hit that level so you could try tomorrow or leave it 2 days?

I've read some woman saying they didn't get 3+ until 6 weeks xx

I know this is easier said than done but please don't rely on tests to tell you anything about your pregnancy. I know a lot of women do on this forum and I know they find comfort in it but there's no science to say it indicates anything at all plus our HCG levels rise at different rates anyway so how can we possibly compare!

I hope this helps but I find tri 1 is a tricky place online!xx

Afternoon All,

I have finally got past the receptionist at my docs - Booking In Appointment with Midwife is 26th May, then i'll get a scan date through in the post I think. I'm assuming it'll be roughly sometime in the first week of July probably - can't wait, it feels so far away.

Slept much better last night, and only woke up 15 mins before the alarm so that made for a better day. Still having a bit of a dodgy tummy in the mornings, but I don't have a great tummy anyway in the morning!

I've given up testing anymore now - I'm deffo pregnant, that'll do for me. I agree with Belfa - it can get too much and really is only clarifying anything for that moment in time.

Had my booking in appt yesterday with midwife (early due to my age apparently!)

Having this makes it all so much more real. Now to wait for the early scan on 29th May I'll be 7w 1d by then.

Well got this tonight so I'm tentatively saying due Jan 17 th I get to join you guys in here yay!!!

I've read some woman saying they didn't get 3+ until 6 weeks xx

The reason for this is because pregnancy weeks are from the date of your last period starting but the test tells you how long since a few days after implantation really. For example I am 4 weeks + 2 days pregnant but my little one has only been implanted just just under 2 weeks (short cycles and implanting early in luteal, in some women implantation would have been a lot later)

Anyone else getting random little pains in their uterus? Hoping this is normal lol nothing severe just like a stretching or pulling sensation? Oh and the boobs �� So sore lmao. It's awesome to be able to talk to women who are at the same point as me

Yeah I've had this several times since I conceived.

This morning I had a period pain like feeling in my stomach which is said to be the uterus expanding to make room for the baby as it grows. Xx

Ok thank god it's not just me, my last pregnancy failed so I'm not sure what are normal symptoms and what are symptoms of an impending mc I'm a first timer so I'll be asking a lot of questions on here if it sticks lol

I got my BFP last Thursday! According to my LMP I'm 5+6 but I know I ovulate late so I think my due date is around 11th January. Could I be put down for then for now please?

My boobs are bigger but that's literally my only symptom. I was really sick from 6 - 16 weeks with my first so I'm kind of hoping for some nausea soon to reassure me more than anything!

It's my first time, I'm still getting my head around it. I thought I had nausea a couple od days ago but it's gone since, I may have imagined it..
