Hi jezby! I'm keeping everything crossed that it's not an evap line and that it only gets stronger from here on out! I think on day 13 the trigger should be out by now (I think j read somewhere it was 10 days to fully get out) but don't take me as gospel! Is tomorrow your official test day?

No news this end. They said they'd only be in touch if anything drastic happened. Apart from that we'll just go on Tuesday and they'll update us on the day x

Oh wow no updates ? I think that’s probably a good thing !! I got updated day 3 and day 5 and each morning I was a bag of nerves ...

My official test day isn’t until Friday!! Which will be 11 dpt and 17dpo

Last time I was pregnant (delayed mc at 9 weeks) I didn’t get a bfp until I was 14dpo which is Tuesday

Tuesday is the big day for us this week then!!

No I was a bit miffed that they said no update, think it's just based on our numbers? Not sure to be honest but I'm going with no news is good news and that if something had gone really wrong we'd have got a call.

They’ll prob just tell me this is why we give you a date to test on lol

Either way another test a few mins ago, and my mystery line has 100% gone. So who knows...

Well just back from hospital. All 12 of our embryos carried on developing but as of this morning were only taking the top 5 forward, seems so crule. So we've had transfered 1 5aa rated embryo and have frozen the other 4 (all 4 were level 4 and either aa or ab) so really pleased that we have some decent ones saved. Very surreal again at the moment. Husband is doing my head in as he's like a deer in the headlights, you'd think weve not done this before. Men! Huge hugs to you all! Jezby I hope you're OK? X

Jeez lady!!! 1 too grade and 4 to freeze?!?!! Well done !! This is incredible news.

After 2 very full on days in my new job I’m bloody knackered lol I’m in bed as we type. All my AF symptoms disappeared about 2-3 days ago. The very odd cramp here and there but nothin significant. I’ve tested and still BFN. I’m 8dp 5dt today ... so not sure ?! Def feeling more hopeful tho!

New job is great but I’ve just heard a slightly worrying story about someone who was offered the twin role to mine in a diff dept not taking the job “by mutual agreement” as she told them she was newly pregnant ... so I’m worrying greatly about how they will react, especially as I am Mat leave cover role! Argh ... never simple is it

I'm glad the new job is going well! Definitely sounds more positive if those signs have vanished! Keeping everything crossed for you!

I went back to work today. Had a box of chocolates on my desk from one team I look after and lots of hugs from some of the girls. So was a nice was to ease back into work. Official test date is the 11th! It's going to drag!! I bet Friday can't come quick enough for you now! X

Sadly I’m officially out - af turned up in the middle of the night in full force. Currently sat rocking like a crazy woman as nothing is relieving the pain this morning. At least I have a new job to keep my mind off it a little bit. Xx

... I was feeling so sure it’d worked this time. Starting to think we might have to think about our options and go down a different path if we want to become parents as clearly this isn’t working for us.

We have one more shot at the ivf, so I think we are going to take a break from it all and think about doing the last cycle in early autumn and try and enjoy the summer.

All of you keep me posted - I’m so hoping for lots of bfp in the next few weeks xx

Trying not to think too much into it, as hubs is very much wait till test day - we should be testing on Monday but im going to do it Sunday so that we have a day at home without having to worry about work etc

We only got 1 round on this NHS and this round we paid for ourselves.... not sure if we will afford another.... so if this doesn't work, I have to pin everything on my frosties. sorry for the moan girls, very difficult to talk about in real life when all people say is "be positive" but all I want to do is curl up and hide for the next few days xx

I think a good cry does as much good as thinking positive sometimes so you go ahead and curl up, shed some tears and maybe that will make you feel better, no use bottling it up. Fingers crossed for you for Monday, our bodies have a funny way of tricking us so hang in there, until AF shows you're still in with a chance. Sending hugs x

Girls does anyone know what happens when the down-reg hasn’t worked in 12 days? Its now 11 days since the Prostrap jag and no sign of my period. They said to phone day 12 if it’s not here but didn’t say what happens ‍ Apart from the odd headache and really cold feet it’s been fine.
Also....we asked if we should use contraception this month and the nurse said no, carry on as normal. I’ve now read that Prostrap can do a lot of harm if you fall pregnant on it. It doesn’t say the dose but that’s confusing! Were you told to use contraception before day 21 Prostrap?

Hi bambi, sadly I can't be of any help. I was on a short course of ivf so no down reg and no prostrap injection. I'd ring your clinic tomorrow to say it hasn't turned up and see what they say is the next step. It might just be that they give you some tablets to kick start your period. I had a quick Google about prostrap and If you were to fall pregnant and it comes back with loads of different opinions. Best to speak to your specialist (instead of a nurse) and get their input. The nurses are great but (and I hate to say this and I'm not bashing nurses as I think they do an amazing job) doctors do know more. My nurse wanted me back on some drugs for my second round and scared me stiff but my consultant said it wasn't needed. So better to speak to your doc on that front. Huge hugs hun x
