Gosh, has it really been 10 months????

Feels like forever and just yesterday since we welcomed our little blue bundle into the world.

Can't believe 10 months and 1 day ago I didn't know I was having a boy (well I "knew" deep down I was)

James is now sitting very well, he is getting all over the place and his fave thing to do is chase poor Amber around. He has had a few swipes as he gets very close now

James loves everything he isn't supposed to - wires, remote controls, carrier bags, the cat and he understands the word "no" now, he cries when you tell him no.

He is eating well and thriving, not been to get weighed for a while but he is in his 9-12m clothes now.

It is scary and exciting to think this time in 2 months we'll be celebrating his 1st Birthday. I have already got most of his pressies!

Sadly I am feeling a bit poorly today. I have my first cough and cold since before I was pregnant so not bad going! Touch wood James seems fine.

Have been feeling really emotional lately, I think it has a lot to do with the fact I know my time as James' soul carer is winding down. I am so proud of myself for shaping this amazing little person thus far..... He really is a chilled out, smiley, happy, laid back little boy [so absolutely nothing like his Mummy ]

I am happy he'll be with OH when I go back to work but in all honesty I wish I could stay with him everyday until he moves out !!!

We've had an amazing summer and now I look forward to having a lovely, cosy, snuggly winter with my boys.

So excited about the future!!

We were just talking about hair. OH has curly hair (or as he likes to call it "head pubes" ) so he shaves his head.

I kind of hope bub does have a curly biff.

Off out this evening as it is a friends Birthday. OH and James are having a boys night in.

(I'm only going local and it's an early dinner so I won't be gone long!)

Awwww look at him, such a happy handsome little chappy, so gorgeous. I officially have hair envy though, Jacobs is still on the thin side lol. Can't believe it has been 10 months!!!!!!!!

Ahh, happy 10 months James He sounds like he's doing so well and so are you! It must be so hard thinking about leaving him - I guess even though I have my health issues, one advantage of that will be I won't have to leave Harry. It is a funny, emotional time I think - looking forward to the future but also being aware that our babies are growing into little boys! Hope your cold gets better soon hon and you had a fun night out xxx

We've got so much to look forward to first.

My new nephew is due anytime now (sisters EDD was 20th) and she has lost a bit of her plug today.

Then I have loads of Birthdays - my Dad's , my sisters, my Mum's, James' and Daddy's, my second youngest nephew, then Crimbo and New Year, then back to work!

Just a week, we thought we'd see how it goes.

Two weeks in a room with James and OH might be pushing it!

I went to same resort many years ago and it is the most beautiful place I've ever been to in Europe.

So excited! It will be my 34th Birthday whilst we're there!

My wonderful sister has just had her third boy! Henry arrived at 3.30pm in the pool and Aunty Nat had met him by 4.30pm lol.

I didn't get any cuddles as he was having skin to skin and feeding but he is a beauty

Yep we're all boys on my side (my folks have six grandsons aged 5 down to 1 day old)

Another one on the way as well, bro and SIL expecting their 3rd but it's very early days... Bet it will be another boy lol.

Thank God we have some girls on OH's side. He has 3 nieces (and one nephew)

James is driving me crackers as all he wants to do are things he isn't allowed to ie: - chase the cat, eat the cat food, climb out of the living room doors onto the balcony, crawl around toilet (and this is just this morning !! and we've been out for a few hours !!)

He is currently under the table, licking my toes which reminds me I must give him some lunch tee hee!

Your mum will be like my next door neighbours mum. Girl next to me is expecting her 2nd LO but it'll be grandchild 13! I just learned that as I offered stuff - obviously she's not needing anything her sisters are all helping out.

I think all of them are boys aswell! Cause out of all the sisters I've never seen a baby girl with them just all boys.

Yeah nursery asked Js fave toy I says anything that's not a toy. They soon realise that the bright colourful toys are allowed and that bores them! Lol

Congratulations Aunty Nat! (I'm a bit behind) it's always a great time in a family when a new bundle comes along

Little James is sounding similar to what M is like! Her favourite game is standing at the tv. Stand gazing at the TV I don't mind the standing, it's the constant trying to push the TV! Gets very frustrating pulling her away all day, she will learn eventually I hope?!
