Hope it's all gone well hun. I didn't do the pineapple thing but I did eat a handful of Brazil nuts every day and no caffeine. I also switched to unscented shower gel and moisturiser and stopped wearing perfume - I've read this can help the body be in acceptance mode xxx

Hi girls thanks I shall do all of that me thinks so, I'm back, and officially PUPO ! Had 2 day 4 embies put back in, consultant wanted 1 but after discussing with embryologist as well and the fact we have none to keep to freeze we decided to go with 2. It's so odd lol scared to pe e or sneeze lol x

How exciting! I was crampy for every day after transfer. Only mild tho, bit like AF cramps but not as bad. Relax this weekend but not too much, have a stroll daily if you can to keep that blood flow up the waiting is the hardest part. I had a 5 day transfer and got my bfp 4 days after. I was too impatient to wait, I think I just knew it had worked. Xx

I wasn't recovered from collection when I had my transfer so was still quite achy and bloated, sure it's all normal. Congrats on being PUPO! When is your OTD? xxx

Thanks, yeah I'm resting tonight, hubby back to work tomorrow so mum & dad r coming to just help with puppy he can go for his first walk at the weekend so will take him on some gentle strolls they said to test two weeks today so 12th Dec although that's a Friday and we will prob wait till the sat so we dont have to go to work whatever the outcome xx

I tested on a day when I wasn't working, I was tearful waiting for the result and I wouldn't have wanted to go into work even though it was positive as you need some time to absorb it. My first scan is on 11th December so I feel like I'm in almost the same 2 week wait as you, hope we can keep each other sane! Hope you're feeling better today xx

Lol it seems ages away ! I'm going to have to keep super busy the whole time!
Yeah I've had this week off, had to take annual leave as the trust changed their special leave policy last month boo lol & I'm signing myself sick for Mon, tues just for extra rest as clinics are always heavy those days x

I'm really paranoid, I just had to lift Chester as he stole half a Brazil nut and ate it he's just over 4 kg, I am all worried it would have made a difference to the eggies? Am I being a weirdo? X
