Yes you need to do pelvic floor muscle exersizes , look online for them. I had the op when 21 for this, and so have to do the exersizes , makes a big diff! got bad at mo as now 33 weeks, and struggle when doing teath, washing up or any running water!! As I know that I have a problem here, I will be buying one of the gadgets boots have to help me exersize after as this is my last baby and I need full badder control back for myself and the next 60 years !!!

A good tip a HV told me, was to make it part of your routene, like whenever you do something that you do alot, do them at the time,so you won't forget. Eg standing boiling the kettle, do them then. Or when you walk through a doorway, as you do that alot, in the end it will become second nature, and you will see the difference

Has anyone read this thread and not done them while reading? Maybe we should sticky it to get us all doing them

Definitely a good idea to make them part of your routine - I should do them while I boil the kettle - it's on at least 20 times a day! x
