Discharge or urine?

I have stopped bleeding but am finding my underwear is damp.

I am wearing a pantyliner abd it doesn't smell at all just damp so could the hormones still be giving me the increased discharge or am I leaking pee! I had epi and 3rd degree tear but have been obsessed with doing my pelvic floor exercises

Not sure hun...I think if it was wee it would smell like it.
I had an epi and I have more discharge than blood at the moment. I know you can get increased discharge after giving birth so maybe that's what it is. X
