Due in September

Oh I’ve always had heartburn with them all. They say it produces babies with lots of hair and for me that was entirely right! I was known as the woman with the hairy baby when I had my daughter :rotfl: I’ll try to post a photo of her at 3 days old

Oh my goodness. I cannot deal with how gorgeous your little girl is.
I am praying for a newborn with loads of hair. I just love it xx

@kanga86 - get well soon hun. Big hugs <3
@Megan Evans - I am 12 weeks on Thursday and I have my scan next Tuesday too so will be nearly 13 weeks. :) I am so excited. I see my little bean at 7 weeks so hope it’s still in there xx

Hey ladies, I'm in hospital on a drip again today :( this pregnancy is kicking my butt. I also have horrible heartburn to go along side the nausea and vomiting. Normally the heartburn for me starts when the sickness stops.

Looking forward to your scan ttcno2. I'm 8 weeks tomorrow I think ages away for mine x
Oh no Kanga that is horrible. At least while you’re in there you’ll be feeling a little better and not rushing around trying to cope with everything. Hope things are improving with your husband too xx

Thank you ladies, should hopefully be leaving in an hour. Hope I can last longer than a week at home before coming back in. It is a relief being here though, as I do feel more human than I have since I left last time. It's just a pain I have to get so ill to get better help from iv meds and fluids.

Thankfully hubby seems to be doing okay, not really talking about baby but he is being a big help at home and not hating me for being so poorly.

Oh no, sorry to hear your back in kanga. Must be so horrible, and difficult with the other kids to sort out.

I felt horrible all weekend but a bit better today. Took my daughter to a pirate morning and that tired her out so much that she napped for 2.5hrs. I took full advantage and had a 90mins nap. Felt amazing after. Got work the next 3 days though so that will zap me. Although I've decided to take full advantage of the pregnancy thing this time round. Last time I took no time off pregnancy related apart from appts. Decided this time that if I feel shit I will take the time. I get paid so why struggle.

OMG, those babies are so cute. So excited at the thought of a baby again. But terrified of the thought of a baby and toddler

Hey ladies, sorry I’ve been quiet I’m not gona lie but I’m between looking after the 5 and 2 year old, school/nursery runs, work then back to do pick ups, then tea, work again and sleeping constantly I haven’t had any time to catch up!! So just going through the thread now :)

I’ve slept almost every chance I’ve had cause I’ve been exhausted, and more than usual!! Went to my midwife appointment on Tuesday, and I have to be out to a consultant the whole way through my pregnancy because of my risk factors!! So will have extra scans throughout my pregnancy to make sure baby is growing! Which is a good thing obviously :)

looking forward to the 12 weeks scan :) 9th of March, so three weeks today! Seems so far away! hope everyone’s doing ok xx

Aww thank you, she is a 5 year old little devil now but still very cute looking!

that’s great news that your husband is coming round to the idea Kanga and that you’re feeling better.

my youngest had me up for about 3 hours last night, no idea why really but from 2 til 5 I was up more or less solidly and feel exhausted now :(

So excited today scan day. I'm going to guess new due date will be 6th or 7th. Although I original thought 8th. Time will tell. Cant see it being 3 days ahead like first scan said and put me for 5th.

Good luck for today... Love scan days.. <3 xx

Yay, TTC so exciting for you. And I'm so jealous as well.

How's everyone doing? I've been pretty crap. Went to work yesterday and had to leave after an hour. Feeling so nauseous I can barely stand for more than 5 mins. Spent all of yesterday collapsed on the sofa and barely managed to eat (dry crackers anyone). Waiting for a callback from the drs now. Not expecting too much as I can keep food and water down (if I can bring myself to eat it), but I would like to be signed off work for a bit officially. I feel really guilty self certifying myself.

Fortunately DD was at nursery today and goes to grandma's on Wednesday so I got hubby to take her. Had to say I've got a dodgy tummy, hopefully she bought it as I know she is definitely in the zone for me to tell her I'm having a 2nd.

can't wait til I get to 12w and can tell people, and fingers crossed this nausea passes soon. Hope you guys are feeling a bit better. Definitely feeling a lot more sympathy for you Kanga, and I know I'm only feeling a tiny bit of what you've been feeling x

How exciting ttcno2, yay for scan day!

Amy the nausea is just the worst it really is and unfortunately most anti sickness meds don't take that away. Sorry to here you are suffering so bad, and dont feel guilty for having to be signed off work. I have a month off and know I could need more. It is so hard when you can't eat as that makes you feel worse so you can't eat even more, such a horrible loop. Luckily I wasn't sick yesterday and managed to eat ok. Feel bad as I'm still sat in bed, nibbling biscuits before I get up to see to the boys. Luckily Daddy gives them breakfast before he goes to work so they aren't starving lol

I've had to tell so many people already as they've seen me so poorly, and I've needed their help. But not in any rush to tell everyone as I don't know the reaction I will get for having number 4. Luckily hubby seems to have gotten round to the idea and he isn't arguing about not wanting it etc si fingers crossed we can enjoy it, well once I'm not feeling so ill. But it definitely takes some of the pressure off and I feel less stressed which can only be a good thing xx

@kanga86 - So glad hubby is on board now, will make the pregnancy so much more enjoyable once you are over the sickness  xx

Just had a call from my midwife regarding my booking in appointment and its tomorrow at 12.20pm.
So glad i don't have to worry about all of that now as i was panicking a little as i sill hadn't got my appointment through.
Is it sad i am excited to get my little folder haha! xx

Thank you. I'm ok, boobs are tender and I'm tired, sometimes lose my appetite and feel a bit iffy but no sickness. Dont think we will do an early scan! So another 6 weeks to wait for us! Xxx

I’m with you. It’s at least 100 years since January!

so excited about it being scan day TTC! Looking forward to updates x

I'm with you Natalie, this 4 weeks has dragged so much. And I'm sure with this nausea it's going to continue to drag for a bit.

Just got to speak to the Dr nd have been signed off for a few weeks. Thrilled with that, although I suspect there will be some gossiping at work. Hubby is going to see if he can get a laptop from work to work from home on friday. Think he's realised that me saying i feel sick is a little bit more than that. And by my scales i seem to have lost about 3kg since I got my BFP.
