I've had mine out since week 20. Convinced that with my bad back it's the only reason I'm still mobile and upright at 40 weeks!

Oh it helps with your back too? I should have had a birthing ball long before now then! I can barely walk now so that ball should really help. I'm gonna pick one up today and start using it today.

Hi guys I just wanted to let you know Niamh is in hospital since Boxing Day, she's currently in intensive care unit, and the doctors are telling us she's very ill, I won't go into too much detail but basically she somehow got an infection which has inflamed her bowel and made her tummy swell which has put pressure on her wee heart and lungs. We both feel totally shocked and helpless and are terrified were going to lose our much loved baby girl she's in a lot of pain so is on high doses of morphine and has needed blood transfusion too. We are sick to our stomachs with stress please pray for us I f you're the praying kind or keep her in your thoughts and hope she pulls through this

Announcements: Eliza Jane arrived at 14:53 on 28th December 1 day before her due date, weighing 6lbs 11.5oz

We are both so chuffed with our gorgeous girl. Have struggled a fair amount with breast feeding but I am expressing in the meantime and will keep trying.

Congratulations she's beautiful. Just before the new year what a lovely gift!! Keep persevering with the
