Hi ladies! Had sweep at 2.30 today and now really uncomfortable. Not contracting but constant very strong period pain and baby has been wriggling non stop for last couple of hours. I wonder if this will go into anything? Xxx

Finally cleaned the fridge freezer even though if has KILLED me!! What a tedious boring job, im now exhausted but for some reason im more content having it done. Next job on list is the cupboards I duno who im expecting to be going through my cupboards & fridge but im more content knowing its done. This irrational cleaning frenzy better not induce labour. lol

Kelly mayb ur moodiness & feeling crap could be the start of something?? Do they not say feeling highly emotional is a sign? Mayb im wrong, dont want to get ur hopes up. I broke down & blubbered like a mad woman on Sat cos there was nothing nice to eat for dinner. And when i say broke down i mean i sobbed sore & couldnt control it even though i was half laughing at myself & the stupidity of it. Oh went & got me some tasty chippy food which helped lol. x

I'm not sure if there is a sign of something starting. I don't even have cramps or anything today. I think i'm just in a bad mood today for no real reason as i have no right to be annoyed that he isn't here yet.

Hi ladies! Sorry haven't been online much lately. Our Internet is not working and it can take up to 3 days for BT to send someone to fix it. I'm so annoyed! Internet on my phone takes ages to load so can't really use it.

This afternoon I've had my 38 week midwife appointment. With the last appointment the head was 3/5 engaged. Now I had a different midwife One time and she isn't sure if the head is really engaged. She found the heartbeat very high up and after telling her I suddenly feel hiccups high up instead of completely below she decided to book me in for a scan tomorrow morning. I'm really worried now. Hope everything will be fine.

How did your scan go today Nicky? Really hope you're okay!

Sorry can't read all messages as phone doesn't really work. Hope you're all doing well! Time for the next August baby!!!

It's my 3rd baby and I'm 39+2. Have induction booked for 10th and my others were induced labours so really want to start at home this time but have a sneaky feeling it'll go to induction again. Still strong constant ache, so will see what happens! Xxx

Hey Lydia. Hope the scan shows baby head down tomorrow. Ive felt hiccups nearer my belly button when they used to be lower down too. I also have less pains now. So I wouldnt be surprised if I get told the same tomorrow! Xx

Heres hoping I need to do the cupboards, can't see it happening unless squiggle is quite late, then I might!

I have my 36 week appt on Thursday (will be 36+6) and I don't think head is engaged. I think it's down low as hiccups are down but not below pelvis. We shall see what she thinks. I find it hard to work out, I swear I have an octopus in there sometimes!!!

I did get up but did some study and washing and the day disappeared!! I had a shower about 3pm and then fell asleep on the bed! Had to rush to get washing in when I woke as the sky had gone black!
Hubby helped me clear nursery this evening. I'll start sugar soaping tomorrow I think!

Haha I totally know what u mean about the octopus! I can't work anything out. I get hiccups, lumps, pushes, pokes everywhere! I have no idea what they could all be if head really is engaged. Good luck for thurs. Hope you get the news that LO is in then right position xx

Anyone have cats? For the last three or so days.. my cats have spent more time around me.

One of our cats hates fuss and attention and spends about half hour a day in the house. However, today and yesterday she came and sat with me on the sofa. Yesterday for a couple of hours before I went out and stayed there for about 11 hours altogther and today she stayed next to me on the sofa for a few hours too and is being extra friendly and playful.

The other one is more friendly but doesnt sit with us. Currently, she is on my lap. She doesnt seem to want to leave me today. I went up for a nap earlier and she ran up behind me and curled up on the bed with me!

My hiccups are strongest on my right side above belly button. Where I think it's back is. At least thats where the back has been at the last few appts.
